For the first 5mins i thought you was just perving at the womens arse 😅

Last year (9/2023), I've been waiting for 2:30 hours... yes! 2:30 hours at at arrival hall for immigration (passport control) in London Heathrow Airport T2. Just few officers to serve huge number of visitor. It could be said that they have not professionally organized or well prepared for this issue. This happen for 2 years and I think it's enough for me to go to London.

Is there a lounge in the arrivals area in Terminal 3? Delta or Virgin Atlantic?

This video is very good, but it could have been better if you walk out the arrival area so people can see what are the transportation available aside from train.

I'll be coming into and departing Terminal 3 this December. (first time through Heathrow). You pretty much showed me exactly where I need to go. Thanks for that.. (Now I just have to remember this video exists come December..lol)

Where in terminal 5 can I request assistance, plus my passport for photo I’d runs out in august am travelling from Glasgow to London will this still be acceptable.

Which terminal?

I'm thrilled to come across this video! I was at terminal 5 on September 15, the same day I arrived from Seattle on the 10th and stayed at the hotel for two nights. Watching this video feels surreal-I can identify many places in the terminal. I was particularly eager to spot the Express Parking area, hoping to catch a glimpse of myself! Thanks for sharing this video!
