Do colon hydrotherapy too. It had me so constipated that after taking laxative and drinking a gang of water ir was still pure hell trying to poop. Im gonna try taking a laxative on the day I take my shot. Also, when I have the coin to spend get hydrotherapy cause you wont have to poop for days😊
