it's a low budget build out of an old tractor wheel, a truck leaf spring, old sheet metal and some 60x60 square pipe
very nice mini equipment.

I managed to make it for a pretty good price, but it wasn't easy, it took me about three months, so the price of the work would be higher than the price of the material and parts.

the cutting width is 105 cm and the number of teeth is 28

the teeth are not bent but welded and are made of 16mm hardox 500, the width is 42mm the tooth holder is made of a 40x40mm square bar found at a scrap yard, so the material is unknown

How much that cost you to build
I built it for around 1500 euros, but it depends on how much you can buy the engine for and whether you can do the lathe work yourself

After all, you have a PTO, so why another gasoline engine???

This has got to be the stupidest setup I've ever seen. It has it's own motor so literally perfect for mounting to the front, but NO, he's going to screw up his neck and back running this thing backwards. Only reason to ever do this is because you need the rear PTO but this doesn't need a PTO and he's still doing it the moron way.

First reason you can use it with low horsepower tractor, second if your tractor don't have separate clutch for PTO like mine this way is better.

Add a pre mulcher in the front to really tear things up.
Nice design
KISS theory at work. Very smart with reversible base shoe. Slower reverse gear to an advantage. The larger rear opening seems to pull the taller stock better into the drum assembly. The best flail mower I've seen so far. For snowblowers , 5hp per linear foot is suggested.

I don't have detailed plans, it was a quick job. I got most of the material from a scrapyard. The body is mostly made of 5mm sheet metal, only under the engine is 8mm and the shoes are made of 6mm. The rotor is made of 8mm tube, diameter is 220mm, the limiter is made of 10mm plate, the tooth holder is made of 40x40mm rods and the teeth are made of 16mm hardox. The engine is a two-cylinder 32.5 hp
