Thank you, channels like yours are a saving grace for simpletons such as myself.
Maybe a jumpstart will solve this….😢
so helpful! many thanks.
Thanks
All good info, no BS. Thanks!
Thanks for the lesson. I recently had to remove large flathead nails from decking...after frustrating myself because I couldn't get under the heads...I grabbed my drill and mini diamond coated hole saw...very carefully lined it up with a little bit of space between the edge of the nail head and the bit...it made a small recess around the head and I was able to leverage it out
Nevermind...it's in the next one. Thanks
Oi! @TheBlokeCave what about the hard one please? I work with repurposed wood...
I bought the 2-position b&d version. (I can use it straight or position it in a drill shape) There's not much strength to them but easy to use. Since I normally pre drill holes with a real drill, I use my b&d for putting the screws in but not really counter sink. It's great for dealing with screws in plastic like electronics. With a full charge I can get a lot of use out of it. I have arthritis and carpal tunnel in both hands. It's lightweight and medium strength is good for most of my tasks. I've been building a workshop and storage. Thanks for the review of yours.
@TheBlokeCave thanks for the lesson. Good thing I watched...I'm about to make my 2nd door (1st one works but looks like crap.). I completely forgot about taking the sill into measurements! How much space do I leave around the door itself please?
*I just push the battery a bit more into the charger and the problem was solved*
Short sweet and helpful. Thx
Absolute nightmare of a knife.. spent ages trying to get the blade in now I think I’ve broken the knife in rage because it will not clip in no matter how hard I try 😅
Having two new (2.0 and 2.5) Milwaukee M12 batterys and two new Milwaukee M12 Battery chargers, from different Amazon resellers, I was frustrated that all combinations were flashing red and green lights. I came accross your video and it made sense to seat the new batteries a few times with slight force. With some Oommmph and a click sound, the lught turned Red solid...Looks Like Sucess! Thanks very very much for your short but very helpful advice. Aloha.
Thanks. This is the only how to video that is not 15+ min long. 😅
safety goggles but no disc guard?
It's not always possible to keep the screwdriver perfectly inline with the stipped screw. There's often time other things in the way. Also where's the attached video?
More like pepsi tbh
Thanks for this tip. It worked a treat and I’m back in action.
what's the big round blade used for?
???
My battery charger flashes red all the time even though the battery is not hot or cold. Do I need a new battery charger?
AMAZING I thought I had to replace it or buy a new drill but this actually solved my problem (makita HP1631) thank you so much!!! (be careful whe you try this though, commenters saying you could hurt your hand are also right)
Thanks! Mine was covered in rust and it was seizing it together. I sprayed some penetrating fluid, some rust remover fluid and put it in that setting. With a tight grip i was able to unstuck it but i can feel my palm got a bit scratched lol. Thanks again
thanks
You just saved me from having to buy a new drill. I was ready to chuck mine out of the window! Thank you!
Yea good info. But how do I open the door if the square part of the mechanism the spindle goes through is completly broken inside. Any one any ideas. Thanks.
Sure it would help, but it seems I missed that the arms of the chuck are actually what's rusted to the chuck housing... thought it was the bit. Need to buy some rust remover spray soon to see if that helps or if I need a new drill lol.
blah blah blah blah blah blah. My ears are bleeding. a 5 second video stretched to 2 minutes.
Yep. That was it. Brand new battery and charger. Thanks.
Very helpful video thank you
Saw all the other vids on this subject and I must say, yours is the best. For that I am Thankful.
Very useful man thank you♥️♥️
Are people where you are from tool snobs too ?
Ahem! where do we get them?
Didnt realize tht we have his staple gun in our tool box. I took it out today to use it for the first time. And i notice i cn also use nails with it. Your video tught me how. Perfect. Thnk you!!
Useless
❤❤❤❤❤
This is extremely helpful! It makes sooo much sense. Thank you for sharing this! I've been searching through various techniques using all manner of tools, but nothing satisfied me until this one. I'm so glad I came across your video, and now I'm off to buy a set of those long straight punch pins. I had no idea they existed! Much better than the tapered kind. Thanks again!
Nice video. Clear, complete and concise. Kudos to you.
Wd40 works too
Is there a trick? It isn't moving for me. This is what I tried first.
Thanks for making the video - You said at 1:10 about a link to the cutting disk - Sorry, cant find it ... any chance of posting it please - Chris
I had a small drill bit stuck. I put crc on it and even tho 2 different people tried getting it out it took 24 hours to soak the crc into it to get it out. I have more bought a smaller adapter bit so it might be a better option.
I just got mine unstuck. Tap all around it with a hammer.
No, I said the chuck is stuck. I know how to open and close it
This is how to get it unstuck. The settings it has to be in before getting it unstuck are the key. It works.
Obviously the Makita quick chuck suuuuucks
despite a few attempts, the head recess of philips screw worn out. but it is magnetic. How to the screw . It is on the head of the Stepper motor .
So, why is it that when I buy DeWalt drill/screwdriver bits for my impact driver they didn't include a bloody adapter for the drill bits they themselves supplied?
Nice video. I have aluminium windows. Is this process the same? I’m not sure the aluminium beads will flex like the UPVC beads when removing them.
