This is my life as it expands into new adventures. I just bought my own property. On that property there is a house that needs attention. I am in a field whish I have no knowledge, I am moving into living off grid as much as I dare, renovating, planting, exploring. I have spent most of my life searching for my roots. Looking for them all over the world, different jobs, relations. I think I found a place to grow them now.

I found my house, finally, after being on a search for almost a year I found it....or to be more precise, it called on me and I heard the call in my heart. I was on a roadtrip and had no thoughts about finding a house in my mind. Suddenly there was this urge to drive to a specific place, and there it was... for sale.. exactly what I had visioned. And two weeks later it was mine. Magic happened ...

this is so immensely healthy. this is all that ancient wisdom about health.... the surging of the vagus system. just one part of the best things, and also the comaraderie that are so important for a good life.

The older I get the more I enjoy winter. I'm from Chicago and we didn't get much snow this year very disappointing.
