The University of Michigan Symphony Band under William D. Revelli performed Robert Schumann’s “Konzertstück for Four Horns and Orchestra, Op. 86 on March 30, 1958 in Hill Auditorium. This is the first movement.
H Robert Reynolds, who returned to the University that year to pursue his Master of Music Degree, made this special arrangement for the Symphony Band.
