This is in CAD. Heat demon does make a $120 kit, but it has no expansion for additional accessories and only has high/low. Any heat demon kit that has the control unit for various levels is $200+. If your looking for just a high/low option, other brands are cheaper than heat demon still.

I just paid $151 on Amazon for the adjustable module for hand and thumb warmer. I guess Canadian prices are that much more.

@@strafto04 always offensively higher. Even when our exchange rates are close, and even back when the CAD was higher, we paid way more.

Cape Breton doesn't really share trail info outside the Trans Canada old railbed. But this is along the north west shore between Mabou and Inverness. It's called Black Brook

So many trees down from the hurricane. The clubs have spent so many hours clearing the trails. We did one 300 yard section that took 3 hours with 4 chain saws and 11 people.

Love it, having a second seat is great. The 850 is very smooth and when you throttle it, it really wakes up and pulls hard. Top speed ist very unadvised. The HL has the same engine but maxes at 85, this goes to 132. Active decent is a nice to have, front storage is great. Best storage I've ever owned. Nice and plush. But you probably know that as a Polaris owner. I've owned 4 brands of ATV'S and Polaris is by far my fav for the 4x4, EPS, and plush ride.

Her lugs are great at catching stumps you're steering away from lol. But I guess I can also say, the underside is pretty protected, because it only cost $1.29 to replace the clamp 🥳 I was really dissapointed that the camera was between creating videos files though. It was the one moment I really wanted to see. 🤷

You did a pretty good job getter through that. Both my HL and Alterra have big clearance but being high centered will stop any machine. Do you have stock tires on your 450?

@@5401Productions I have the Polaris winch, integrates into the handlebar beautifully. Way better than an aftermarket that the switch hangs off the bars

@@5401Productions my Arctic Cat has a $100 Champion Winch, works great as long as you swap to a synthetic rope. But the integration of the Polaris winch switch is fantastic. And its actually a KFI winch which is a good brand too.

I have the 6ft (72") poly blade. Previously I only had a 5ft steel blade. The extra foot is a bigger difference than you'd expect. Especially since you typically plow with the blade at an angle, which shortens the width of plowing.

Thanks, and it great in the snow. The lower gearing makes it a blast. Had a real rough time 2 weeks ago when I took the trail bike out. I was getting high centered constantly. The High Lifter would have ripped right through it.

Yes, never stand on a parked non-running ATV ever lol. I'll try to only crawl onto them from now on ;)
