i want to see more classic ballpark/stadiums.. Riverfront Stadium, Three Rivers Stadium, Veterans Stadium, Olympic stadium, And Candlestick park.. ALOS we need more players, like Cris Sabo, Bo Jackson, Don gullett, Tom Browning...OR have a Franchise mode similar to OOTP baseball. say i want to start a 1975 season, ALL the players from that year are in the game. EVEN the real players that you would have drafted. Reds were supposed to draft Derek Jeter and a idiot changed their mind.. Love the ability to draft own players i wish my team did as i control the Reds. Plus no way i trade Tony Perez and to try a 3 peat of World Championships. ALSO for March to October, have more trade offers around the trade deadline.. seeing only 1 team trade right before the deadline day is also a fix that needs made. have a breaking news of trades by other teams. IF you have a player you want to trade for and he is offered to another team, you get a chance to beat that offer. Also in Diamond Dynasty, the mode Showdown. have 3 modes Rookie/Veteran/All- Star.. So some of the showdowns are hard to beat. The harder mode you pick gets you better rewards.. also dont make it you dont beat one of the showdowns you dont have to start over in the draft. give you 3 strikes more or less before you have to start over again..

Honestly, none of these suggestions really move the needle for me at all. We need a new online game mode like weekend league or some mix of events (player restrictions), BR (draft style or limit the card overalls), and ranked (mission/win associated progress and rewards). Most of these are just wonky cosmetic arcade changes to a game that’s billed as a sim. I’d rather they invest in a lot of new “legends”, go next gen only, revamp hitting/fielding engine, fix pitcher stamina, etc. than any of these proposals.

A lot of this feels like they are combining madden and FPS battle passes. This game might be headed in a BAD direction.

Madden used to do something called pickems and if you won ud get like 10000 coins and a loss was like 1k and do it for special events not everyday type thing

Give sds some credit,, they try to listen to feed back and implement it in the game,, I couldn't tell you the last time that 2K did that and actually listen to its base

Adding something pretending „betting“ is okay/good is simply the worst. Betting ruines lives all the time and it is simply not okay advertising a game with (if they do so)

Clubs are such a good idea. If executed well it adds a social element as well as a competitive element if they can incorporate weekly events, missions, rewards, etc. Not sure how many people would be able to be in one club but that would be important. Make them exclusive.

I would be opposed to a mode for like yugioh dueling for upgrades for squad. Face someone and if u win winner “takes” card for unlock able purposes. YourFriendKyle did that in his wheeling and dealing series.( for rage quits and mercy’s)

What about some sort of create a manager type of thing where you get to pick your own perks that level up in some sort of way. Bronze being the lowest, Diamond being the highest, and as you progress with gameplay challenges, your stats for the the perks you have chosen increase incrementally as well. Kind of a create your own captain kind of thing. It’d add an extra layer to team building, and allow for more team variation, instead of just playing with the most meta team.

I don't mind some of these, but I know none of this will expand franchise and fix it so that the legacy issues its had for 15+ years would be fixed or optimized for the players that do play it. Like DD can make the money, then use that money to fix the fucking mode. Roster logic is still shit, progression regression is shit, just....UGH fuck I swear the only way ill ever have a good franchise mode is just fucking OOTP. UGH Also a lot of this stuff just sounds like were locking more content behind paywalls, RNG, etc so that unless you want GOOD stuff you gotta pay. Like I was already turned off from the S1 pack heavy stuff. I get it they need to make money, but im just not into paying money like that to just get content. Not for me.

I've told them several times that making more exclusive cards and cosmetics is a great way to incentivize more player engagement. The fact that they have made the parallel insignia/icon smaller and more modest over time is insane to me. Give me a Gilded superfractor if I earn 50,000 pxp with a Finest David Wright. I'm here for it.

Another idea is transferable team captain boosts - for example, if someone wanted to use a different (better) version of a team captain card AND also get a boost, allow the boost to be transferred to that different card. Or transfer it to another card from the same team to allow more team build flexibility. Eh?

Being somebody who can't grind everyday or stream all the time, there were some ideas that were interesting. The 2x pxp was a standout to me. The cosmetics are cool, but not a forefront grind. Fun to see Chev break it down and be a voice for the casuals out there lol

It might be a bad idea, but what about an online game mode where you can change the rules of baseball, opponents can view those changes and accept or deny playing by those rules, and then you play a game by those rules. Perhaps also with or without team restrictions.

It good that they are trying stuff and have new ideas because BR, Events, and Ranked as the only online modes isn’t working anymore 🤔🤷🏾‍♂️

Hey chev, what do you think of a series where depending on how you do with the card certain stats go up. For example I’m hitting with .500 with judge so his contact stat slowly goes up with the amount of abs he has. Kinda how road to the show is ?

Atleast they are trying new ideas, hopefully they are doing this to see what ideas the community latches onto. Just not sure how much time they will have to make these changes
