Jo, I just found your video and I love it. I do subscribe to "It's Just My Weigh" and also "Nicky In a Vlog". That's how I found your video. I live in the States and was a Weight Watcher member for years and successfully lost almost 100 pounds. Because there have been so many changes to the program, I have put a lot of weight back on. I'm interested in learning more about the Slimming World program. I hope you have a great time on your holiday.

Last year went half board I put on 5 pounds in a week, this you went for all-inclusive for 2 weeks and found a lot more choice. I was still at target 🎉

I've put on 4 pounds since being on holiday, and off tomorrow for a city break, so struggling with it all at minute. Must try harder when I get back.
