I very much agree with you. I was raised in the average Canadian family with lots of meat, and i never knew any vegetarians until my 20s. One day while working at my part time job at a restaurant where i was a cook, i had to go get a tray of steak, about 30 cut steak on a large tray. They were all soaking in blood. I became repulsed and stopped eating meat that day. I was vegetarian for about 8 years, lacto / ovo, and then i went almost totally vegan for almost 5 years, and felt no energy lag or gap or problems. Then i met my Japanese wife, and moved to Japan, and began eating meat again. No energy change. So it seems like your system is more sensitive than mine, and that might have something to do with blood type. But yes, the overall message is, eat what you like without guilt, and don't shame anybody else for eating what they like. Unless it's McDonald's. Then you can shame them.

That is fascinating, isn't it? My guess is blood type. It reveals the relative age that the DNA familiar strand was first incarnated, and those people need meat. This is why Bashar is saying don't judge it.

I like Bashar because he is not judging meat as bad. People are different, some do well with fruits and vegetables, some don't. I have always liked meat. When I was little, I did not like to eat veggies or potatoes, all I wanted was butter and meat. I hated milk which everyone here in Finland likes to drink. And now that I'm older I have found out whenever I eat meat, my health and energy improves, it's like someone turns the lights on and I feel younger and more energetic. But that's just me, I don't expect at all that what works for me, works for someone else. So listen to your body and don't believe any dogma about diet, what works for your genetic makeup, works.

Animals, like you and I, have "sentience" - this is the capacity to experience pain or suffering, from a brain and nervous system. Plants, are alive, but do not have sentience. If you believe there is a scale of sentience, do you think we should choose the option that cause the least suffering?

Animal farming uses 83% of farmland and provides only 18% of calories. When we switch to a plant based food system, we can restore/reforest 76% of farmland AND be able to feed everyone. -J. Humans are carnivores have been for millions of years. Plants are full of neurotoxins and oxalates damaging our bodies. Just type in "oxalates and oste" "oxalteqs and kidney stones es" oqxalates and arthritis and so on,they cause auto immune diseases 😢

You are right we become what we at. Plants are poison, you at them and they willpoison you. That why dogs die when feda onions, garlic et al...hu.ans are carnivores.

This is the strange thing about karma. If you come into this world as a vegetarian and you parents force you to eat meat... why dat?

That is exactly what Bashar is implying, yes. Fascinating, right?

It's more like the saying "you are what you eat". Your diet will transform you in ways. I think the key is a balanced diet with a bit of everything. In the future they will develop better foods for us that can fill the same protein demands as meat and then we can evolve past that. But for now it's needed in certain amounts because of our body's conditioning to eating meat for so many years.

@@johnwilshireheehaw I do believe it's both cultural and blood-type related. There are over 1 billion vegetarians in the world. 500 million in India. They don't need "better foods" because the body creates protein out of amino acids. I was vegetarian for 8 years, and then vegan for 5. Now i'm an omnivore. When i was vegetarian, i was road racing my bicycle, based in Vancouver, in the late 80s and early 90s, and i was winning races and riding more than 500km a week. Peak performance.

Then about 3 years ago I started studying with a Guatemalan Ajq´ij, and through some research and sober sources of information, I understood all the holes and inconsistency of the dreamspell calendar

Then, about 7 years ago, during meditation, what became Mayan Embodiment was downloaded into me. Now, the issue i have with some of the Guatemalan Ajq'ij is that they dont even talk about the numbers whatsoever. Tones. Tonal. They ignore them. What position does your teacher take?

About the numbers, Tata Juan Carlos (the Ajiq'ij with whom I study) shared exactly the same, that he realized many Mayan people lost the knowledge about the numbers, and that he had to do a deep research in order to "rescue" this information. He has a workshop on the Mayan Calendar in which he explains in detail about each one of the 13 numbers. Do you undesrtand Spanish?
