The Day of Surrender
มุมมอง 3577 ปีที่แล้ว
FlashPoint Production's first project is a documentary that shows the perspectives of four different individuals about the day of surrender - 16th December 1971.
Islamic invasion destroyed Zoroastrian Hinduism whatever Buddhism and jainism was there in Iran Afghanistan Pakistan. Islam don't believe in diversity diverse views idea Only one and one everything else is useless. In almost all the islamic world muslims are 90 to 100 % no other religion with few exception.
I heard zartusht peple are very nice and polite. I really want to meet zartusht people.
Lahore is hopeless where Hindus r butchered
So many views and comments gathered over the years! Glad you all enjoyed a glimpse of our tiny community which has now become even smaller over the last 4 years. Saddens me to think one day my beautiful city won't have a single parsi. As a minority, all I can say to all the Muslims reading this is - remember what the colours of our flag represents and stand by it. All the minorities of Pakistan, be it Parsis, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, and so many more, all represent the white part of the flag. Minorities were, are and will always be an integral part of Pakistan. We should all learn to treat everyone with equal kindness and respect, irrespective of religion, race, status, gender. Live and let live. Peace!
dear shirin, i guess you are the girl in this documentary. im an iranian from northwest iran (azarbaigan), i enjoyed very much watching this documentary and im proud of parsi people who enrich the culture and wealth wherever they go. maybe our religions have changed in iran but our root stays the same. I wish all parsis can come back to theyre motherland and enjoy being here, i wish you all the best and health and prosperity, maz ahuramazda protect you and all good beings in the world 🌹
@CC-ij4zd thank you for the kind words and I wish the same for you! Iran is hard to visit but I'll definitely be visiting Azerbaijan next year

My early childhood was in karachi sadar area, where all communities, Hindus, muslims, including Parsis with various faiths such as Zorastrians, Christian and even Jews, lived happily together. I still miss that time of peace and tranquility. Lot of respect for all these people of different faiths.
It's sad to see what karachi has come 2now😢
I have met with Amy king she was colleague of my grandfather
I wish if I could invite all the Parsi community on a dinner and say them THANKS for their Positive and constructive contribution in our society.
Make sure chicken is on the menu!
Great work done Parsi community contributions are great in number specially related to welfare of people Lots of Love and peace for them
Lovely
I am from Lahore and it's very delightful for me to see parsis families in my city.
You make grave errors the Sage Zoroaster lived much earlier. Besides Zoroastrianism is an Aryan religion a cousin religion of Hinduism and may have had impact on the Semitic religions but there is nothing Semitic about it. Also the Aryan Race split (from a proto-Aryan Race) into the Hindus and Persians in Northwestern Indian subcontinent and merged region of Central Asia thus Rigvedic Sanskrit and Avestan Persian is very nearly the same. They are technically identical twins.
Hy
The wife & daughter of the founder of Pakistan, Ali Jinnah, were practicing Parsis. The daughter later married a Parsi. Jinnah was influenced by Parsi methodology. Just saying.
They don't look parsi from any angle... They look lk Muslim only ... Ha ha... More than this Indian parsis far better especially in Mumbai...highly standard in everything....
We have mastered the art of blending in over the centuries
Very knowledgeable video
Parsis have been struck off Pakistan's census list. And Pakistanis call themselves "secular"
Pakistan is a worst country for minorities may allah take this country from the earth. Aamin

Your people have killed and converted all of them, where will you find one?
Parsis are most dignified, highly educated and we'll known for honesty and charity community.
I had a great privilege of being taught by a Parsi teacher. I am still in search of him . I will be happy to meet him. His name was Framji Rustomji Mirza.
So they were also forced to leave their homeland during Islamic invasion?

Parsi janatha in pigstan...? Now Bombistan 🐷
Parsi janatha mother land Persia.... Now Islamic Iran..
Respect and love for Parsi families all over Lahore and Pakistan. The civilization of the Parsi families is still remembered in Lahore before the partition of Pakistan.Respected Chala sahib and Mam Nargis Sobhani love for Lahore which is expressed. They can do just that and only a true Lahori. Hopefully the younger generation will think so too and the heirs of the civilization of Lahore will stay alive in this city and keep the history alive.Best wishes to all the video-making team.
I am reading comments of a few Parsis from Pakistan who seem to be satisfied living there. But if you ever feel persecuted or left out, feel free to come and settle in India, we will give you all the facilities. I am not in favor of the CAA, but for Parsis, its always welcome. You people are less in number.
We are very happy here and love our country and its people. We represent the white part of the flag. This is home❤️
Rig Veda and the Avesta Rigveda and the Avesta: The Final Evidence Shrikant Talageri www.amazon.com/Rigveda-Avesta-Evidence-Shrikant-Talageri/dp/8177420852 Talageri has shown through rigorous analysis that the Iranians separated from the Vedic people during the middle to late period of the Rig Veda. The Avesta mentions 16 homelands of the Iranian peoples who eventually settled in modern day Iran. One of these is Hapta Hindu (Sapta Sindhu) or the modern day Punjab. www.google.com/search?q=Iranian+homelands&sxsrf=ACYBGNTQ8D3azWQtWKd1phaIejHHHop5cw:1577372590282&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjx9K_nytPmAhWCiOAKHVE9B1kQ_AUoAnoECA4QBA&biw=1920&bih=937#imgrc=AYSmua4MvcC18M

Good thoughts, good deeds and good social dealings became basic principles of life of older generation as scriptures were difficult to be interpreted and understand by common men and women. It alone became corner stones of their entire life.
Now paxtan is worst country to live for minorities
Parsis played vital role in develpment of pak
