I like how you demonstrate eliminating unnecessary moves and refer to the connection between the line of gravity, centres of mass and how allowing the hoist to move help this to happen and keeps the load in a stable position. Nice.

One disadvantage of most of the online training videos is they don't zoom for one to know exactly where these sling is being attached

Shouldn’t be hoisting alone. That’s a bad practice especially this is an instructional video.
You are right am not in support of one carer handling the hoist alone.
