In manipur we follow different order as Laishram linthoi meitei/chanu/leima/mangang/luwang/khuman Laishram (family name inherit from father bloodline) Linthoi (given name) Meitei (for both gender), chanu (unmarried female), leima (married female), Mangang/ luwang/khuman (both gender first name respective) To call someone we used only given name But last name is surname in western so i always got confused when filling form
