Eish. Looks like maintenance is a real challenge for my people! I lived in VF 2 decades ago and it looks like it got stuck in time! Those street poles with the solar panels are all leaning... like whoever put them up just stuck them in the ground and didn't care to level them. They already have bits and pieces broken off!???? There''s no effort whatsoever to build a pavement, plant greenery along the causeway driving into town if you had not said you had arrived in VF one would never have known. Considering that place is the richest in terms of foreign currency and tourists it is an utter embarrassment. I agree 100% it is safe. The safe where you can leave your car idling and unlocked while you dash into the shop to quickly buy a loaf of bread, but sigh... that lack of maintenance and attention to quality and detail.... sigh.

Umpfff Rhinos are so dimwitted unfortunately. One wonders why they haven't evolved to be a bit more humble toward elephants.
