Just viewed your "shorts" on the partially completed bedroom & the completed bathroom. I like the bathroom's simplicity & elegance. Your L-shape room cupboard looks interesting. Surprised that your home is 45 sqm. The layout is exactly similar to the flat that I have selected at Marsiling Peak 1 in Oct '24 which is 38 sqm.

Congrats on your completed renovation. I had seen your earlier video prior to the renovation. Simple yet beautifully done. Unfortunately, your toilet & bedroom was not featured. What is your renovation cost ? By the way, can I confirm that this is a 38 sqm Type 1 Flexi BTO.

Kitchen finally look nice. Personally, I have never used the cooking filter before. I wonder how it works and how to clean the internal piping over time or there is no piping at all but just the filter cover? I see that the woods they used on the kitchen cabinet is identical to the wardrobe. Besides, I didn't see your bathroom heater but I like the entire practicality of the toilet design, particularly the hanging rack.

While Kitchen is the heart of the house and needed more attention, bathroom is the least to worry about but also another significant area of the house. Most of the items can be sourced from ikea. I wonder whether you will be housing a large shower heater tank or a small ones? Is it possible to place a washing machine inside the toilet to free up your kitchen space? Reason being washing of cloth are usually done in the toilet too. Once your kitchen and bathroom is settled, doing up the rest of the house became a breeze as some items can be bought ready-made from stores.

You designed the layout of the cabinets and then insist the contractor to carry out your plan accordingly or was there a discussion where you also accepted the contractor's suggestions according to their plan?
