Wonderful video, very enjoyable. Thanks for sharing. Dave
Excellent layouts. ‘O’ really does allow fantastic detail. Good filming, too. Shame Bingley hasn’t straightened the lettering on their hall, though. Makes it look a bit run down.
Hi Simon, some fantastic footage and I was really nice to meet up with you again. Keep safe and well my dear friend Andy
Brilliant video footage from the Warley at Stafold Model railway show Cyber, I went on the Saturday.
cracking video thank you buddy
Lovely footage from the Stafford Model Railway show Cyber. :)
Hi Simon nice video mate. I was there on Sunday but didn't see you. Some nice layouts. I particularly enjoyed Fredstone plus a few others. There didn't look too many people inside on the Sunday, it was very easy to get around the layouts. Hopefully catch you at stratfold warley show cheers Andy
Great video thank you
There's some great looking layouts there, Simon. My grandson likes Tan Y Coed. He's hoping he can get his 009 layout to look as good ...cheers James 🙂👍
Great MRRing ! I wish though you'd have had some long shots up/down the rails.. I.E. Too many close ups.. But no biggy .. I just enjoy looking down the tracks..
Hi, just found your channel. You take nice quality video but you should do more zoomed out shots for context as to why trains are going from A to B. Thanks.
Thank you, these clips are filmed on my phone, they would be slightly tricky to do zoomed out shots, but it easy to do pan shots as I can pan the camera around on the loco while moving as I can move the camera around with the loco
Actually I would appreciate it a lot if you would tell something about other layouts you film and post in longer videos, to be honest. I liked this one a lot.
This layout certainly isn't naff lol, it looks amazing. :)
Some brilliant looking layouts at this one. :)
Sure are. Thanks Reuben, also any plans to visit the Stafford show on the 28th/29th September at the County Showground?
@@simontrainsmodelrailway Yeah, I'm planning on being there on the Saturday. :)
@@ReubenAshwell Cool, see you there
Beautiful scenery. Great video and thanks for sharing. Dave
Wonderful layouts but nearly every model was shunting back and to, it would be nice if every now and then we could see an express at speed!
Shunting layouts/End to End layouts are good and enjoyable to look at but I like the oval layouts as they can be filmed quicker
Great video, simon Shame about the microphone but still a watch 👍
😂
😂😂😂
Brilliant, we love it, I always wondered what happened to Thomas's friend Duck. Obviously, he's now married with kids 😂👍
Here come Mallard (and some of its classmates)😅
That's Small
The sound on the Allerby o gauge layout was awesome
Great video, simon, and it's good to stop and speak to you. Great day
Ducks 🐥? And I thought I was mad with fairy's and a gray alien
I love the 3d printed ducks. Remember seeing that layout at the Syston show back in January but didn't had a train of ducks back then
If this was on the Saturday then it was me shunting on many gates, had good fun that day despite a few setbacks, great show.
Nice footage of the layouts at the Loughborough Model Railway Exhibition Cyber, there were some brillaint layouts there. It was lovely to see you there yesterday. :)
Nice footage of the model railway displays Simon 😊
Thanks Sam
cracking video Simon, thank you
Thanks Rob and Grace
Hi Simon! What a great video. Although this exhibition is just over the M1 to me (30 mins drive), because I work at the weekends, I couldn't make it. So thank you for filming it and sharing. It is really very much appreciated 😀
No worries Mav, Thanks for the kind words and sadly I work Saturdays myself but had the week of so decided to head over on the Saturday, Only a hour and 45 minutes journey with changes at Nuneaton and Leicester
Great video, Simon. We were hoping to go but unfortunately we won't be able to make it, so it was good to see it thanks to your video ...cheers James 🙂👍
Lovely little film Simon. The music certainly makes a welcome refreshing change. Loved it!
Thanks Mav, it was something different with the music
Nice footage from Making Tracks 4 Simon. I remember some of the music you used to use in the Simon trains railway journeys back in 2020 lol.
Thanks, I had to use the TH-cam music library as Epidemic Sounds isn't covered for this channel, so I wouldn't be able to monetise
@@simontrainsmodelrailway oh yeah it’s annoying how epidemic sound only covers one channel thankfully I only have 1 channel myself so never have any issues.
Nice video of Making tracks 4 Cyber. :)
Thanks Rueben
Excellent layout, very impressive! Just 1 small thing though, the 121s were always run with cab facing front. For a very brief period, back at their introduction 1961,they ran with engine frontways.
So I'd heard, but how would a single 121 have managed a return trip without a turntable or turning triangle?
The 121s were turned around on a turntable. I often helped my father do this operation in Sligo. Moreover,in later years, they were always run paired. This was with another 121class or the 141 class. I remember them all well.
Some great layouts!
@@theSignallingGuy they are brilliant, thanks for the kind comment
Hi Simon Great views as always, Thanks
@@peterjackson-cheadleheath1182 thanks Peter
Some very nice layouts at the Chatham show. :)
Thanks Reuben
Ain't no way there's a model railway layout in another bigger model railway layout, impossible
Very nice footage of the model rail layouts Simon
This was a great show and better than the Perth one last week in my opinion.
lol
