no after market support for usha food processor ...zero spare parts available at local shops... just to replace plastic knob of jar customer care asking 2000 . for others food processor its available in local store for 50 rupees... do not buy usha food processor ..

The most pathetic & bad quality is USHA food processor most expensive but quality wise v ery very bad complete Chinese made bad quality steel used & unfortunately who so ever bought seeing me are also regretting their decision. In 3 yrs only I have to replace as their servicing is poor & parts are damn expensive. Never go for USHA worst EXPERIENCE & PRODUCT

I would suggest to make reviews much clear about sturdyness,quality of spares and all. i yesterday bought this food processor and trust me if i had a youtube channel I would had exposed thr product in the most detailed way I can. just look at thr bottom coupler, it is so flexible and fragile that it is bound to chip or break within small amount of time. no one including the brand can take guarantee abt it. while most other brands hav a sturdy coupler that u cant even break wth a plier. the plastic parts n body r definitely not unbreakable material. it is rather fragile n low quality compared to the price tag. the blades are thin, specially grinder blade is nt upto mark. while most quality blenders hav 4 to 6 blades, this one has thin blade. i was so upset yesterday. infact the review section on amazn n flipkart r full of complaints tht thr coupler or plastic part broke off within few months. and nw I knw why it broke. once u buy the product ur bound to get serious brkdowns wth this mixer and then contact customer care who will again loot u in the name of service.
