I just recently return to playing FF12 after many years and wanted to finish the game but I wanted to level up more before finishing it. So I found this trick and what a great trick it is! and it ACTUALLY works. I applaud you for providing this explanation for everyone to have a go at this awesome trick. I'm actually running the trick now and its working perfectly with some tweaks I added in. My first tweak was that I added another gambit for the party leader to heal him self if he ever gets status Doom with a remedy. S\he rarely does but just encase. Ensure you have License: Remedy Lore 3 for it to work. It safeguards the loop and a precaution if the party leader dies by doom and the 2 other member are too slow to cast raise. My second tweak is to lead Negalmuur to the area with the waystone and to the left corner in that room which is far from an exit point which is good for an overnight session. Once again this is a awesome trick to do!!!

You should not have the Party Leader set up as a DECOY. Turn off DECOY for the Party Leader and you will no long have those times where you have to select another Party Leader.

Had this game since it came out but finally playing it now. Redoing my middle levels as I opened the wrong chest but loving it. Absolutely love the Esper battle music.

Ok i need some serious help cause i made a massive mistake Throughout the game i have only used vann, fran, and basch and neglected every1 else, so now i have 3 lvl 35s and every1 else is like...lvl 15.

@Boombastic3892 When you use the way stone just touch the device twice. It's when you use the Stone of the Condemner that it teleports you to Zeromus instead of where you want to go.

Guys, this guy is using a technique that's on GameFAQs. Follow the guide here instead. It's far more informative. I'm levelling my guys as I type this. There's still the risk of Murphey's Law. If your party leader days and your other members don't manage to revive him/her in less than three seconds then the loop is temporarily broken. @AeonNahar not as bad as ultima, as she cycles through all the auras. that fight took me waaay too long, thankfuly I didnt need to reset.

@SnakeEaterBaby thats impressive and everything but my only interest is completing the game to move on with the franchise, if i dont need to kill it i dont especially if the game is completable with characters not at their peak

@megaman9990 Yiazmat is the toughest superboss in the whole series, with a total HP of 50million+. Even with level 99 characters, the fight still takes over an hour. The average time it takes for most people is 2-3 hours.

@megaman9990 Try taking on Yiazmat with a level 56 characters.

meh i dont see why getting above 55 or so is even neccesary, i found the final boss easy with a party of lvl 53-56 characters, with the right gambits i was able to just set my controler on the floor and watch them kill him lol..

This boss was super duper easy!

Just so...after you killed that Ghosst horse you must just wait 30 min in an other room, then the Negalmuur will be there!...trust me, i have "the book" ^.^
