The Meladies are Marquette University's first and only all-female a cappella group. The Meladies were formed in 2012 by 12 ladies that simply wanted to sing. This group hopes to complete the a cappella community at Marquette with their unique approach to a cappella.
The Meladies hope to bring a new vibrancy to the Marquette and Milwaukee communities. The group is comprised of many talented women from across the country ranging from nursing to broadcasting to engineering majors. Each individual in the group has a unique talent and combined, The Meladies add an energetic, captivating tone to every interpretation!
