I just came back from Tokyo and spent most of my nights in the arcades just like this. Where I live in Canada there are claw machine arcades, but the Japanese UFO catchers are way more fun. 🥰

20 years ago Little Tokyo was amazing. So many food courts and bakeries and markets. We went almost weekly, but things changed and life is hard in L.A.. All the old business owners have died off and now it's all very plastic.

I wish we could buy these from the states :c If I ever go im coming back with a suitcase full of pokemon gachas

In case you don’t know cause you might, there’s stuff called museum gel and it’s clear it won’t affect your figure and you can put just a tiny bit on the characters that don’t want to stay and they will stay. It’s awesome that’s what I do.
