Oohh, cool! I imagined a shamanic wolf guide that appeared by a pond. He supervised a tiny ant that "bit" me (but no pain), and then from that bite mark, golden-white light filled up all of my veins. In the crystal city, I connected with an orb that supercharged my aura with electric blue and white energy, and I felt the astral "wings" on my back become more realistic, and more "powerful," in a way (if wings can be powerful, lol). I was able to release and heal feelings of guilt for not being able to protect my inner child when harm came her way. But she was always smiling and happy, and kept saying not to worry, not to worry. :D Very nice meditation! Thank you.
