Hi Patti! You go girl, happy planting. I'm still working on my little backyard garden bed. I bought a bunch of bags of Texas Native soils, and compost, biochar, etc. I will be putting those all down soon. The past 2 yrs I've been putting down paper, cardboard, and food scraps, egg shells, coffee grounds, tea bags, leaves, grass, etc, working on amending the soil, and killing off grass and weeds. It's a long process, but hopefully when I get this new soil, and amendments down, with all this rain we've been having, it will be very rich and fertile! In the meantime, I'm growing Kale in my sunroom, and Asparagus outside in a large pot. Can't wait to get things in the ground, and see how well they produce. I'm going to try and grow as many perennial edibles as I can. I would so love to be able to drive down the road a ways and buy fresh produce from yall!

Hi Patti! Your garden looks awesome! Glad to see yall are doing well. I have been growing 4 different kinds of Kale in my sunroom now, and they're doing good. I have some Asparagus in a big pot my sister gave me, it's now starting to produce baby Asparagus, I'm so excited! I just harvested a bunch of wild green onions in my backyard, they are plentiful, and I don't even have to do anything, except NOT MOW, lol.

First off you rigged your swimbait upside down. that first one was a spotted bass. 2nd was a spotted bass. Buddy that small mouth ain’t even a keeper. It might weigh 2.5lbe. About 17” long if that.
