I bought two of them for my ice cream shop and they are absolutely terrible! Stupid design traps steam inside the machine which shorts it out in about 6 months. Screws on the plates are not heat resistant and come loose dropping the burning plate right on your hand if you're not careful. One side cooks faster than the other and worst of all, Waring does not give a shlt about it. Their customer service number is zero help and they don't now even offer repairmen to help you with your $600 purchase that falls apart after 1 Summer. Avoid this at ALL COSTS!
