If we're talking about tournament rules then it would be things like , no eye poking, no biting, no scratching, no spitting, no throat chopping, no weapons, no poop throwing, no urinating, no vulgarity, no stripping, no raping, no ball kicking, no fish hooking, no fingering, and no cannibalism.

Taekwondo has allot ofbthroat strikes.. oh and spear finger eye poke... Taekwondo has these techniques... but eye pokes and groin strikes don't end altercations actually... Taekwondo has standing guillotine choke actually too.. but original taekwondo has judo and boxing actually in the curriculums... taekwondo has the low side kick oblique kicks.. in self defenses... know sparring has limited technique used weekly for saftey.. But thus video.. lol..

The only technique on the list that isn't taught in every martial art system I've encountered is the spinal lock. Most of these are taught at very low ranks within the systems, at the beginner/intermediate level of the practitioner's martial journey. Dim Mak isn't some magical technique, most styles of Chinese martial arts have dozens of dim mak applications.

A great many moves are only taught to advanced students, that's why they have a Belt System, you can't learn everything in the first week. All my girls can fight, & fight really "Dirty", there's No prize for coming second in a fight, my son too, he's only slight, so shit that can drop someone really fast is the way, & this has served them well, my daughter has committed a Citizens Arrest on 3 would be Rapists, one of them was even armed, she beat the shit out of him, & sat on him till the Police Farce arrived, my beautiful wife, SuperNurse is a 10, in every way, but she weighs only 9(ish) stone, so a Chop to the Throat is an easy move, & it takes the fight right out of them, my Princess(granddaughter) is severely autistic, yet she picked up fighting like No One ever before, he dad prefers Formal Tutoring for her, she Doesn't believe in Passive Defence, she thinks when you start hurting you're Would Be Attacker they will fight back, I can assure you they do, so, she fights back when it comes toHer turn, she has Damaged 11 tutors up to now, so her dad is looking for yet another Formal School, till then it's back in the yard with granddad, she likes that vest, apparently "Granddad doesn't brake". Every Move you are taught in Any fighting art should work, & should be able to Incapasitate an Attacker, if you are being taught so, thing that Doesn't, go elsewhere & find one that does, with Nothing more than a Bit of Common Sense, You will figure out just as much as you need to get the job done, as for the Dim Mak, I've only been doing the fighting arts for a little over 50 years, I have studied 16 different ones formally, & probably twice that informally, I took what I could use & stuck with that if you only learn one, you Will meet those who are better than you, & you will lose, so have something else for back up, in all that time I have Never met Anyfukcingbody who has ever seen it, there are a Number of places on the body that if you connect well, will Kill someone, Temple, Throat, Spine, Under the Left arm, & a great many of the Soft areas, bruse the Jugular vein & Corroted artery & this will swell, cutting the blood syply to or from the brain, a Ruptured Spleen will do the job if not sorted ASAP, any Damage to Most internal organs could do it, I once burst a Tesstical on a man that took my right eye, I have never before or since heard a human make a sound like that, apparently, that could kill someone, but even though I felt sorry for him, I still took his eye. Learn Everyfukcingthingyoupossibly can, you might just be fighting for your Life one day, then you will need Every dirty trick in every book, & I will give you The Very Best Advice I Was Ever Given, Never Underestimate Anybody.

Yes, pressure point strikes might work (unlikely), but good luck getting the target to hold still long enough for you to land them! I could go for a precise strike to Liver 53 (say it were on the neck) with a finger, or I could slam my entire forearm in there and hit multiple at once!🤪 Dim mak is a product of 1990s charlatans who wanted to make small fortunes selling their "super secret special ancient secrets!", not something to be concerned about. I did learn something new about "pancrat-eon" today though!🤣
