These were the movies of the 60s to 80s or 90s that set the benchmark, shaped our generation without CGI and special effects because the screenplays, directors, lighting, soundtrack etc were so brilliant. Now movies deoend on CGI and special effects to be successful.

What I don't get is that this was supposed to be their "almost slept together" backstory, but it's literally her imagination so how on earth is that almost?? 😂 Monica and Joey's backstory is only sort of 'almost doing it' because Joey just misunderstood and took off his clothes when Monica never actually intended to so technically, they didn't almost. Ross and Phoebe's backstory was the only one in which they really actually almost.
