This game has plenty of glitches and weird things in it. Going to assume the AI guard tried to climb down the ladder but failed.

Nah its not just lag, once you get the medal of honor it means that the system detected the death of the intruder. The session ends right there if the intruder is legit.

i got the addon for the first game but the sound workes and music but not the texture also in the first game there a 1 hit kill headshot trick but i could never find out how to so it
