Dude - really appreciated this rant. I can very much relate to the binging. I'm not as bad as I used to be a few years ago, but not great by any means. It's a mental process for sure. Each day, and sometimes (most times) multiple times through out the day, it's a battle to either keep believing what you've been telling yourself, or rise above and listen to the other voice that says you CAN do it! I think you will be another Obese To Beast or DannyGetsfit! Those are great guys and I see that same drive in you, at least in this video. I haven't watched any others yet. You got this!

You can do it. This was a really great message from your perspective. It's good that you're striving to push so hard. Advice is only as good as it is genuine and I can tell you mean it. I had the opposite feeling to skinny all my life and in high school finally getting to that medium. It's really important to appreciate yourself. This was a good video! Nice vlog!

ayyyyyy Kevin I've never watched pro wrestling but i loved the characters from it. if you want you should try to do character backgrounds on the wrestlers like in depth - first appearance - background - notable feats - interesting facts - statistics I would watch.
