    Some Bogus info .if your gut is really healthy humans absorb 1 or 2% ATE of chromium. SO DO the math humans will never get it through food. sugar in take has climbed from 2 or 3 pounds a year to over 100 + pounds annually. Maybe back in the 1900's food was enough but not today. To get 20 to 35 mcg absorbed into the body just do the math. research shows it takes 1000 mcg + to get 10 or 20 mcg in to body. That's if your gut is working perfectly. chromium is one of the strongest hardest metals on earth and you need good stomach acid to even have a chance of dissolving it down. Insulin can't put glucose properly into the cell with out chromium assisting. No chromium no glucose properly into cells. Drink a glass of orange or apple juice you can use up all chromium available in minutes then be deficient the rest of the day. In the modern food industrial age you will never get enough vanadium or chromium through food..... EVER! People are very deficient in chromium do to carbohydrate in take
