I’m a self-taught UX Designer. I made the transition into tech from a pharmacy background and taught myself in the midst of being a wife, mom of three and working part-time. I want to serve as an inspiration for other moms (and anyone really) who are on a similar journey.

Remember. Words of affirmation are hollow if not from someone you value... from people who know you.
I disagree. People are affirmed and encouraged daily by strangers. It doesn’t lose its effect. If it didn’t affect someone positively, then they just didn’t need it. Simple. Those who needed it, will get the message.
Please can you share ways to learn ui and ux like you
If you decide to do a bootcamp, do you research and reach out to people who attended it. Not all of them are a scam, but some do not put the effort in
Yea reaching out to current and past students is a great way to know. I gave that advice on my tik tok.
Please can I get the book pdf
Do you have someone to help at home with the kids, aside your husband?
No not really. They do spend a few hours at grandmas house every other Friday. And we occasionally have friends watch them for date nights.
@@jennbydesign wow. That's inspiring. Thanks for replying. I currently have an accounting background, 3 years experience. Married and now pregnant. Financially my husband and I are not stable. I have attended a bootcamp in UiUx but have much work to do. Not easy with pregnancy.
@jennylove3168 aww wishing you all the best. Definitely a hard journey with pregnancy. Go at a pace that works for you in your current season.
Heyyy love, career changer here self teaching myself UX design as well! And yesss I think a lot of people are catching on to the boot camp scams. Plus there are plenty of free and really good info on the internet and all other resources. So Im glad you’ve taken the self taught route as well. Congrats🎉🎉
Hope is so precious!! Looks like she had a blast. I’m happy you got to experience this and make this memory with her ❤️
Thanks! So glad about it too!
I smiled throughout this entire video. I love it! ❤❤❤
Glad it made you smile ❤️❤️
Awwwwwwww I laughed when the A.I made a terrifying picture of the bunny , I can understand why she was upset about that lolol
😂 it definitely was terrifying. Hope will always be brutally honest and with honest emotions. 😂
I was literally obsessed with XD but had to switch, so I can totally understand. But I really like Figma now, many features are superior to XD (auto animate was better than smart animate though :)) But Figma has been improving and it's going to continue, now with FigJam, AI features, great plugins etc it's a must as you know and you'll love it, keep practicing, you got this! 🙌
Good call on making the switch! I definitely know I’m going to love it once i get used to it. 🤞🏿
Welcome to the club finally 🎉😂
😂😂
@jennbydesign please could you direct me on how to create a portfolio?
Could you list \ recommend some tech twitter accounts? Thank you.
New subscriber 😊 I just started my UI/UX journey too.
❤💯 I need to start jogging too before or after work. How long does it you to jog that 4.01 miles?
It took me 45 minutes!
Hello Jenny. Thanks for this. It's really help my day. ❤
No belt?
Not needed. The waist is elastic and holds very well.
Serving separated cheeks 😂
Yes! 😂😂
anyone know how to do this with webflow??
Just use the embed code option from the elements options on the left side bar and paste in the code and place the frame where you want it on your page👍
😂❤🎉
Is like me spending 4 years in college learning physics and ending up teaching myself UX Design
