I love my Foxies! Wish they were still around… Originally, I was in other makers & I was not impressed with the way the company handled certain aspects of their business. I decided to try ‘one’ to see if I even thought they were worth the cost… I was hooked ! Hahahaha! I enjoyed your vid. I have a Rowena rings like this as well. It is one of their more traditional sturdy AND classic leathers! I love using it in the Fall!!!! Thx, for sharing!

I recently picked up this beautiful pen. Acrylic green is gorgeous. Stub 1.1 nib, wrote right out of the box without any adjustment. Very wet, no dry out issues. Using Noodler's Heart of Darkness ink. An underrated, under appreciated gem of a pen.

Hello, just saw one of your covers - it’s beautiful! How do I get in touch with you to place an order?

I have it in Broad. Nib and section should be washed and thoroughly dried before first use or you'll waste 50 pages trying to get it started. My broad works well, but I don't think I'll buy another Monteverde fountain pen because there are others for same price that are safer bets all around.

I loved this! Yes to the stickers. They’re all so cute. You’ve inspired me to get my iPad back out and get creative. My toddler chewed off the tip on my Apple Pencil so I need to replace that piece first 🤣

Hi Kelsey I just saw your video and I really enjoy it but I just wanted to say one thing as a mom of 5. Sweetheart you don’t have to explain any of your parenting skills. I don’t understand why I see moms on TH-cam that are constantly apologizing for their baby making noise in the background or for the baby crying an having to explain, that’s so unreasonable and I don’t think any parent should have to explain why their child is crying, fussy or making noise. You just worry about you and those in your household and don’t worry about what other moms on social media say it’s none of their business. I’m sorry just makes me so angry, you’re not the only one, there’s other moms that I see constantly apologizing and having to explain even with the baby falls or trips. You keep up the good work🤗

I am definitely a chic sparrow girl my self. I own 2 chic sparrows and have other two coming in. I also have an old foxy fix in butterscotch and it is the only leather from them that I like. Their actual notebook are too refined and they take all the leather charm away! I like the CS to patina and age. It gives the notebook character. Whenever I try to buy a notebook from foxy, I never complete the purchase and I end up on chic sparrow site and buy another one XD

Hi, I see I am late to this party. Thanks for the review. I am thinking about getting this pen in a Fine so wanted a review with a fine nib. I experienced the same thing with the TWSBI Eco. It is a scratchy nib. I thought it was just the one that I received, because it seems most people really love their Eco's. I am glad you talked about the issue of the pen drying and having a hard time starting. I have this with a couple other pens too. What I do is get a napkin and twist the converter until I see ink getting into the feed and nib. I hold it over the napkin when doing this and then just use the napkin to wipe the pen if it needs it and then most of the time the pens will write just fine without me having to scratch the nib on paper to get the ink flowing. I am sure it is too late, but I agree with biketron. It is probably not a good idea to use that pen as an eyedropper (meaning without the converter), because the ink is a water based ink and could rust the metal parts of the pen. Most of the time an eyedropping pen will have all plastic in the inked areas. Since I am so late, did you try the eyedropper method with this pen? I am just curious if it worked or not.
