The first video of yours which made me aware of your channel was your guided meditation video in which you have braided hair like in your thumbnail and I think you look natural and beautiful ❤ Also I truly believe that when a certain philosophical principle is revealed in a seemingly “small” experience, like the idea of a limitation being challenged just in braiding your hair, the sky’s the limit to how far you can apply that inspiration ❤

I have been trying to identify and nurture my inner child for a year. I felt that my life was just anger, confusion and the past felt like a different life, full of joy. But now, doing that for a year, introduced me to friends straight out of childhood. Life is beautiful. But sadly they are all gone now, transferred and some got married. But what I want to say is that nurturing the child is an eternal process. That's what I learnt. Are you Indian?

I am a christian, and I was really into Yoga for the past few years. I was told recently that the roots of Yoga are demonic. Which totally changed my world. I struggle with thus any thoughts? It was the only thing that made me feel more youthful.

I completely an utterly agree with you. I feel i have been in millions of challenging places that i somehow was able to find as much balance in as i could. But i feel im struggling with the same issue right now. I just moved into a home an every1 says i seem nuts, because it is beautiful and something most people want. But yet i still feel a staleness to it. Good for you for trying to find your perfect nest in life. I feel it is just as important for people to thrive in life.
