Tesco never maintain their lifts very well so that's probably why they're getting early modernisations.

I used to go in that lift all the time when I was a child that was one of my favourite ones.

The lift probably was fine the lady was just being silly if it was broken it would’ve gone out of service as that’s how lifts work my theory is a family probably went inside children pulled the doors and made a lift safety break Family hold a staff member the lift got stuck and that’s how the lady is standing there.

I think these lifts are gonna replace all Otis Gen2’s BRO! 😭😭😭😭
