I need some help on what to build for my next large scale Star wars moc! It's going to be set during the Imperial era and I want to include a battle. Any suggestions?
@@MandalorianStuds everyone seems to do Hoth but I did an Endor battle scene that was really good as you get to spend a lot of time building vegetation
@ I already have some trees built but if I'm going to do that I'm going to have to get alot more parts! Appreciate the suggestion keep up with the city and your content mate. 👍

I have started when I buy a fake moc or alternative I buy the real instructions from rebrickable it’s £3 or something for most instructions to support the creator

The black Friday deals must have been in a Galaxy far far away because on planet earth they were non existant. 5-15 pounds off overpriced plactic is still not worth a buy. There was about 3 -5 deals on Starwars lego on the lego shop the whole 2 weeks. Only The Falcon which was already dicounted before the event on other sites not Lego, Venator and AT AT had large discounts. Nothing else was discounted at all. Black Friday Mega deals I mean you expect it to match the hype but its really overated.
@@adamlw7181 never shop on Lego website as they are always stingy, I’d recommend Argos, Amazon, Smyths and Game for Black Friday deals

I've bought all the "real Lego" star wars helmet cause the prices for those I can justify but Bought the "fake Lego" D&D set for £55 didn't regret it at all so then bought the "fake Lego" delorean for £35. Can't justify spending 100s on Lego so I'm happy to buy the fake stuff, next I plan on getting Rivendell and barad dur.
@@lotrek1985 wow they sound good! The D&D set worth it then? Bet the minifigures look rough but the dragon and castle all good?
@BRICKSAM1 no problems with the minifigs really they just have a cheaper feel to them. The only problem I had with the whole build was the windows/bars for all the doors don't fit as they are a tad too big. Just ordered the Dune Ornithopter, at £19 I couldn't say no.

This is an amazing set. So much fun to build and it looks amazing lit up in a dark room! I can honestly say that Funwhole is better than Lego in almost every regard now.
I try to stick to legit lego, but competition in the market is definitely a good thing (especcially with all the pricing increases going on at lego recently), and if I ever saw these sets for sale I'd probably pick them up. Prints are awesome, the variety is insane, and the light kit is included? Brilliant.
@@Lach90 light kit is included yes, when you say legit Lego you mean the company right as the brick is not licensed as Lego that’s just the name of the company, this company is legit it uses the same unlicensed brick system that Lego as the company uses. People usually think the brick is called Lego not the company itself
@@BRICKSAM1 Precisely. A lot of people don't know or forget that the brick system is public domain, and Lego took the idea from another company in the first place. Lego just owns their particular version of the minifgure.
I can say from decades of experience with Lego and now a number of Funwhole sets under my belt, Funwhole is actually better*: the bricks are better in quality (no color inconsistency like Lego), the manuals are clearer, the packaging is more attractive and heavy duty, the builds are more innovative and interesting, you get all prints and no stickers, and you get the integrated lights. And the price is usually half of a comparable Lego set. Highly recommended. Plus they offer themes Lego doesn't offer or mostly sleeps on: Middle Ages, Old West, Cyberpunk, Steampunk, etc. I actually didn't even buy any Lego this holiday season: it was all from the top competitors like Funwhole, Pantasy, Cobi, etc. Way, way more bang for my buck versus last year. * Their older sets could be a little rough and had stickers, but the stuff released this year is absolutely amazing.
