Yeah she's sexy as a blackman I must say I would like to marry her yesssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love the idea of a movie called Bumbles Bounces Back , Herbie gives him metal dentures , and he goes on a reindeer killing spree .
Denise was the best thing in StTNg. They just needed to give her better scripts.
A most excellent movie...the uninvited.
31:45 - The Creature From The Salad Bar Lagoon
FYI; After a long day of work, if you listen to this show with your feet up on the couch, your eyes half closed with sleep, and a belly full of scotch, you will swear you heard Dana said he took Clancy Brown to school with his daughter.
SUPERB!!! A double dose of Dana Ghould , his podcast and THIS LOVELY THING. I is the happy.
Sorry Chucky but I think that the Zuni Doll takes this battle, I saw both child's play and the trilogy of terror. And the Zuni Doll never stops coming after you.
Firat of all. The apes should have been ape/human hybreds created as slaves. They eventually learned to speak and overthrew their human masters. But before this, Taylor and crew blasted off from Earth on a deep space mission which went wrong and propelled them 2 000 years into the future where they land back on Earth and discover what has happened to the world. The astronauts are killed by the apes which leads to the destruction of the planet when the ultimate nuke is detonated and is also the same moment three ape astronauts blast off for space in Taylors spacecraft, reverse Taylor's path through space which sends them back to the past and they crashland off the coast of California where they are taken into custody by the military and their DNA is used to create tje hybred ape race... Easy huh. 😊
We stared at eachother a lot off set while standing by my friends barracuda that was used for a while but my friend I met there decided he didnt want to hire it out. I couldn't keep my eyes off her. She turned me on. I would have proposed!
Great episode as always! Now I’ve got a laundry list of things to buy. I actually have that Ben Cooper Alien costume in my collection. It’s a favorite for sure! I even did an episode showcasing it. Big Bad Toy store did have the Alien available as a separate order at one point. I managed to snag one.
this movie is well done and rather creepy. Best of all, it’s believable.
Where's the clip? I see the thumbnail.
When it comes to toys I wanted but never got: the CETACEAN submarine from THE MAN FROM ATLANTIS, the NAUTILUS from RETURN OF CAPTAIN NEMO and the RAVEN submarine with Burgess Meredith's villain. My favorite SPACE 1999 villain spaceship - GWENT!
Uncovers corruption in NYC? Gets framed and railroaded to prison? Cordell must've been a Republican...

Cheers to another fun episode! I’m glad the alien from SIGNS did not make the list or at least the edit. People seem to bag on the ending of SIGNS when we get a good look at the alien, but it never bothered me; I was all in. Side note, I saw that movie 3 or 4 times in the theater. I was slightly obsessed.
I WAS ONE OF THE REAL PUNKS! GROUP TEENAGE HEAD
I loved the first two films but thought they went too far with the films afterward.
Hi 👋🏼 I'm new
However, the scene with Danny in the kitchen is great
From a bar called THE LAYOVER at Harry Reid International Airport, I just ordered my copy of GIANT BEAST CINEMA! Also, earlier today, I finally watched THE GIANT CLAW for the first time! As always, thank you MONSTER PARTY and special guests Steven and Larry for yet another fun and informative episode! Next up on my list, ATTACK OF THE CRAB MONSTERS. Cheers, fellas!
I feel like Rick Burman tended to have a vindictive streak..cause he kinda did the same simply cause the actress had an opinion. He did the same with Terri. Jadzia Dax
It’s interesting that, during the hearing, the commission only asked Cornelius if he knew Taylor. They didn’t bother asking about Stewart, Dodge, Landon, Brent or Maddox.
How can I watch this movie without the conversations
Always a pleasure to be on your show and at your awesome booth at Monsterpalooza 2024. Thanks for having us. :)
This remains one of the most engaging, wide ranging and flat out fun long form chats with an actor. Truly gold standard stuff. Denise was delightful and open. The guys were in top form. An absolute standout episode among so many excellent shows. 🖖🏼
Well, I just added a super fun item to my bucket list: Make it to Monsterpalooza and visit the Monster Party booth! Entertaining episode, gentlemen! And TRUE STORY, the morning BEFORE I started listening to this episode, I happened to buy a CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON figurine as a birthday present for a friend of mine, who some time ago, encouraged me to see the classic. I’ve only seen the original and need to see the rest, but that was a fun coincidence as I listened to this episode. Thanks, Monster Party!
“I’m not worthy! I’m not worthy!” Thank you so much, Larry & MONSTER PARTY for the wonderful shoutout near the end of an always fun, horrific, and informative episode…this one on “Jack the Ripper!” I am so looking forward to seeing QUADRANT, and thank you, as a fan of the podcast, to C. Courtney Joyner for another fantastic discussion! And I have to say, I was incredibly pleased when the AMAZON WOMEN OF THE MOON sketch came up - that was on my mind from nearly the beginning, as it would’ve been my only contribution to the chat. Which is great, because that means I learned a ton, as always. And the joke/Twilight Zone reference about Matt’s HDMI cable breaking…chef’s kiss! Guys, thank you again. New listener, but INSTANT FAN!
Saw laura ortiz at monster paluza had a great time
Die-no-mite! Another great episode and I hope Team Monster Party is having a blast at Monsterpalooza! And of course, I had to watch SCARE JESSICA TO DEATH before diving into this episode! And zero surprise, but yet another fascinating guest, and I will absolutely be picking up “A Christmas Ghost Story” by Mr. Newman this holiday! As always, I get an endorphin rush every time you all mention a movie I’ve seen, like MESSIAH OF EVIL, and especially, EQUINOX, which, believe or not, may have been my older brother Paul’s favorite movie of all time. Monster Party has touched on deeper, life-stuff before, so I’m uninhibited to mention what a fan Paul was of the horror genre that you all speak so eloquently and passionately about. These are movies that, for me, are a relatively new interest, and I wish my brother was still around for us to discuss them and bond over. Alas, life happens and cheers. Added to my must-see list from this episode, among others: THE HOUSE OF NIGHTMARE PARK, THE POSSESSION OF JOEY DELANY, GRAVE OF THE VAMPIRE (David Chase, what?), INVASION OF THE BEE GIRLS, QUATERMASS AND THE PITT, and sort of random, WELCOME TO ARROW BEACH. Oh, and of course, “Red Title Day” from the British play series “Amazing Stories.” Thank you Kim Newman! Thank you Monster Party! Have fun at Monsterpalooza!
This guy commented on the movie is a Whimp
...and let's not forget ERB's JACK THE RIPPER VS. HANNIBAL LECTER rap battle.
One of the best interviews ever. I love revisiting this episode. Tom had so many great stories about old Hollywood and Roddy McDowall!
It's not an alternate universe. It's the past Enterprise c survives when in the future , creating alternate time line from that point on
So I listened to this episode because I am a huge fan of The Sopranos. But the discussion was so interesting, by the time the topic of the best show ever came up, I had forgotten about it. What great insight into Mr. Schirripa’s career and lovable personality. I saw him at the Denver airport once; one of my favorite celebrity sightings. Cheers, Monster Party!
Great episode. David DeCoteau clearly has 10 lifetimes of movie stories to tell, and I could listen to them all. David Del Valle’s “background” comments during the discussion, by the way, were priceless. So funny. Cheers, guys; keep up the amazing work.
New listener and instant fan of “Monster Party!” I’m writing a puppet-horror-comedy movie, so when I heard of your DEADLY DOLLS episode, I had to give it a listen. And sure, I figured I would get some great viewing suggestions, but wow, the combined film knowledge between you all is truly staggering, and you bring such fun and passion to the discussion of these movies, I was blown away and thoroughly entertained. Two big thumbs up, gentlemen. Based on your DEADLY DOLLS episode, I watched DOLLS (1987), IN THE DEAD OF NIGHT (1945), MEGAN (2022), and re-watched THE TRILOGY OF TERROR (1975). Oh, and whenever you mention a fairly obscure movie that I actually HAVE seen, I get a sense of pride, like DEEP RED (1975) and mentioned in another episode, THE DEVIL’S REIGN (1975). Thanks you for what you do! I’m late to the Monster Party, but so glad I finally stopped by!
Ngl this guy seems humble as hell. Maniac cop is a low key classic with some creepy shots and music. Big respect to William Lustig
LOL they used dogs for the Killer Shrews too I guess doggies are a good stand in for big rodents that ain't even big.
Thank you for the mention of my forecoming "A History of CARNOSAUR"!
I first saw all of the Planet of the Apes movies in the early 1980s on TV after school. There was a local program called Dialing for Dollars that came on at 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and run to 6 p.m. It was an afternoon movie show with promotional breaks. They would have dedicated weeks, like Westerns Week, Sword & Sandal Week, Clint Eastwood Week, Buck Rodgers Week, Sci-fi Week, Battlestar Galactical Week and in this case, Planet of the Apes Week. So I watched five of the original Planet of the Apes movies in one week after school (instead of doing homework). I was fascinated.

..I'm just hoping somebody mentions the TALES FROM THE CRYPT episode with Bobcat Goldthwait and Don Rickles...that one goes in very uneasy directions....and let's not forget Lucky McGee's film MAY, about a very socially inept and unbalanced young woman and her doll...
