Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.

Thanks for the video explanation, but this mount is not good at all. I mounted it following your steps and I can clearly see how unstable it is just by shaking it and seeing it, I didn't even have to ride to see that.

i just bought 2 of those incl. inner tires at the local bike-shop today,and had them set in there,they recommendat those and i like them,they feel a bit soft i think they will wear out faster is this true?

Got one a couple of weeks back, but th 14 speed Picadilly version, the tires are awful and have been replaced, not a bad bike really bit of a reach to the brake levers though, saddle not comfy either!

That camera will not be centered, you need to use side way adapters to get the lens to be centered on the helmet. I wished all action cameras came with a centered lens so this would not be an issue. The GO Pro cube has the lens centered.

Liked your video. Tip for other users of the helmet strap... I followed your exact instructions and then further secured the straps with 2 zip ties as safety fails for the knots... I feel good about not losing my camera with bumpy rides...

This is in high street shop,the range for 3 pound 99.light is not the brightest but the laser is quite unique. Hoping it makes a good back up to main rear as it takes 2 AAA batterys that never let me down like the new charge em up types do.

This actually doesn't make sense to me. I threaded my straps so that they pull to the outside. Doesn't make sense having to pull the straps to the center and across the helmet. Better leverave pulling to the outside. Not to mention this strap is a piece of junk compared to the original go pro. I thought I was saving 5 bucks but it's more frustration than the savings. Go for the go pro. But I also cut a piece of sandal sole and placed it between the plastic mount and the v of the helmet. The rubber shim ( I didn't have to glue it and go pro does have one vs this mount) Much more secure than the movement in this video. Rubber shim and pulling outward, much more tension and no slop! Check out the go pro, it has a rubber backing and pulls the straps to the outside. Much more secure than this mount. Use the same concepts to stabilize this weak vented strap mount or spend the extra $5, it's worth it! I bought this mount for $6 and the go pro (I have 2) for $12. Doesn't pay in this case to be cheap though I dislike 99% of the go pro mounts.

Apeman need to include a bracket like that as the one supplied is not fit for purpose. Thanks for this idea.
