It's not getting banned but it's being investigated by the UK so it's at risk*.
The UK accounts for a large portion of the ROBLOX fanbase, so I believe that ROBLOX will do anything to keep it running in the UK.

i guarantee you that if roblox gets banned in the UK many NATO, EU, allies and Partners will also follow suit, which btw, that includes Australia, so i wouldnt be so sure that you "should be fine"!\ Edit: though i do agree, roblox needs to get there shit moderation in check, these moderators arent bad, in-fact there amazing at there jobs, BUT THERE BEING OVERWORKED! Roblox has a FRACTION of the amount of moderators compared to the average of other social media sites, Roblox needs to Hire more, they need to do better!
It does not guarantee that it will also be banned in Australia, But I’m scared because it did the same for all Australian users like me on paid random item restrictions. Or, it could be banned for all Australian Users under the age of 18. I will be turning 18 in January 2025. Edit: The reason why it’s not guaranteed to be banned in Australia is because it got banned in Turkey. So the UK will do the same.
@@JamesBarcodepants20 yeah sorry, bad wording on my part, i think the best thing roblox can do is hire more moderators, toughen its Ai moderation with more and consistent training and another reason roblox may be banned is the argument of child labour, i see it as completely ridiculous since roblox isnt actually employing them, nor have i seen OFCOM go after development tools like unity ect. The best thing roblox can do is have 18+ restriction on rblx studio and Ofcom and the authorities going after child labour on roblox in brazil ect. Need to drop these charges!

PaidRandomItem = Gamble an item, which costs robux for a bad or either good item. This means that games shouldn't have any gambling mechanic for robux in their games, so people living in Australia (Or VPN users (idk why i put it here)) could play the game.
