How many sets and reps of each exercise?
I don't have a resistance belt, could I use a normal belt?
I recommend a resistance band, you can find them for cheap on Amazon.

great video, would you recommend mizuno merelio pros I just want to make sure I get safe boots so I dint injure my knee
Thank you! Personally I haven’t worn a more comfortable pair of cleats than the mizuno morelias. They fit all foot shapes even really wide feet like myself. I do recommend getting the non beta version if you have wide feet. They shouldn’t hurt your knees
