🥱
He is a great man. He was the President of YSU, when my daughter and wife had lunch with him. He personally welcomed all incoming Freshman. Class Act!!!
Jim Tressel is younger than Bill Belichick. We should hire him back. He knew how to beat Michigan.
Heath care will never get fixed. To many hands in the honey jar. Ohio Heath has a monopoly in Ohio and it’s killing folks.
Football separates men from boys. Basketball women play that.
Ain't no WNFL😂😂😂
Terrible story
you see the emblem on his sweater vest YOUNGSTOWN 💪🏾
Go blue
I met you and him in early 2000s. You an maurice claret came to Steubenville. Lets Go!!! 740!!! 340 bench 380 power clean 535×3 squat 625 deadlife 40 4.44 Mile 414 #65 Edison Local #8 Semi pro tri state Spartans
This podcast is one of my favorites! Thank you for all your work coach!
wonder how much time leflop would spend laying on the field
LeBron James and Marius Clarette on the same team would have been incredible!
I feel you brother I grew up thinking the same thing!
LeBron is soft just like Ohio that's why he goes to Diddy parties getting diddied in his doodie!
I interviewed you when I was a junior in high school for a journalism project. You had just taken the OSU job and so kindly hosted me and even held up a press conference on Derek Ross so I could finish my interview. On top of signing things for my dad and friends. Class act Coach thank you for being you!
King Tress.
One of the best episodes for me. Great information on leadership!
LeBron and the word tough together is ridiculous. The dude flops like a fish out of water the moment he’s barely touched and often when he’s not touched at all … ludicrous.
Jordan had to beg stern to implanted the flagrant foul so he can finally beat the pistons
🐐
This is what I was looking for.
S/o AC legend foreshore
Lebron team jumped according to roster. He , didnt lead any of that. Miami. Had the big 3. Wade ,bosh and him . He had slot of help. And team jumped.
Everyone needs help m j magic curry
What about the Cleveland teams without Kyrie didn’t win but still went without any help everyone great has had another great win it all with them
LEBRON is a spoiled attention thirsty baby , who Always needed help , MJ is the BEST and KOBY is better than Lebron
ABSOLUTELY
So glad I found this podcast, AC is the greatest. He and Fred McLeod’s chemistry was the best part of growing up a Cavs fan.
I’m a young guy and I knew who Austin carr was but I didn’t know he played in DC. That’s where I’m from! Super cool.
Should have took Reggie Kemp with him
That's why he the goat. Jordan could never lead a team to the finals by himself. He couldn't even win 1 game in the first round without Pippen 💯
Maybe next year
Was a good time for the program.
Tell the dark dude to just sit there and stfu. I wanna hear the goat speak about how he tried to get LEBRON IN A BUCKEYE UNIFORM!
😮 thats living legend austin carr ..google his career at notre dame
This guy just play 7's. His got no idea how physical 15's international is.
Let's go wolverines!!! You guys stink these days 😂
Good luck in the outback bowl while we're in the playoff lol
There not getting that good of a bowl game it'll be a toilet bowl game@@ElJefeHodges-nc3mu
When you have 1 successful year in 25, enjoy...
@@ElJefeHodges-nc3muTennessee will give you girls a creampie.
Tough?
Keep up the good work!
No party like a diddy party
Yeah him and trump love them diddy parties
@ oh for sure Obama, Clinton’s and Biden crime family
Everybody likes the party, especially Trump and Diddy😅😅😅
He woulda been crazy in college fs but he would have been hurt all the time and if he went to nfl it wouldn’t have lasted long
Why do you think he would’ve been hurt all the time?
@ just too tall for a receiver, like he’d be playing TE and getting his legs taken out on inside routes all the time. He wouldn’t be running go routes and catching jumps balls like they say because he’d be nowhere near fast enough to get open for them. He’d be deadly in the red zone but he’d get murdered everywhere else on the field imo
Magic took the Lakers to the NBA finals for most of the 1980s. Of course it can be done again with the right player.
You can’t even compare the two
@HijackedDELTA4200LM Apparently you can't. I can all I want to. What about Bill Russell? The Celtics don't win all them championships without him. LeBron is a child compared to Bill Russell. Get with history, m'boy!
@@WithAllDueRespecto bill Russel never played a finals team with 1/3 the talent that LeBron has faced in the finals, but you got it boss
@HijackedDELTA4200LM I think we must agree to disagree and go upon our lives peacefully. However, I am right, of course, as always.
Straight 8 Straight yrs magic never did that
Imagine lebron comes back to break the losing streak against scUM
Y’all lost against an unranked and not even close to being ranked Michigan to 🤣 you should probably save the insults for when you finally beat them
You can call us anything you want as long as you keep Ryan day your coach because we got his fucking number
@phillipsosa3353 imma let you slide because you are also Phillip with the L's. I dont see that often. And my comment was more sarcasm because it seems like we need LeBron in order to do it 😂
@ damn bro I didn’t even realize you were a Phillip too 😆 ima take that back can’t be having no Phillip on Phillip crime there ain’t many of us left 🤣
@phillipsosa3353 😂😆we out here fam the select few!
Two of my favorite ohio sport figures of all time!!
"Since The Mid 1960s I've Been A Die-Hard Notre Dame Fan .. Ang My Main Guy Has Always Been Austin Carr". ❤
Awesome!
Please come back to Ohio State. I really hate losing the Michigan.
OSU fans reduced to begging for cold leftovers 😂
@@MotorcityMadman1984💀
@@MotorcityMadman1984cold leftovers dude went 9-1 against Michigan
@ what the hell does that have to do with the present moment?
I was hard on tress for being so conservative. But I learned he was as good or better than urban . Much greater human being for sure . Sorry Coach
1:00:00 Someone should have told the OSU coaching staff that message.
I’m always impressed with Tressel’s communication skills. How did he develop his communication style?
The Great John Maxwell. Greatness!!!! Thanks Coach.
Hey Coach, I didn't know you had this channel. Love ya Coach T. #Drez
The Youngstown and Ohio State sweater vest is 🔥
I just found these and I am HOOKED!!! Listened to #27 I think and now starting back at episode #1. So good
My mother in law was all in as a buckeye fan. She named her cat “Coach Tressel”. One year for Christmas we picked her up and took to our house and left the cat behind. When we took her home we found the cat had died. We called our daughter and told her “Coach Tressel” died meaning the cat. I met Coach at a Company outing he was the keynote speaker. During the golf part I was able to meet Coach and I told him the story. I added we were so glad it wasn’t him. He was perfect, he said “me too”. He has soooo much class. What a great man
I am Thankful that Jim started a podcast. Im reminded of his excellent memory, as well as how well he speaks on example, core values, as well as insight on memories and lessons learned. He (and his guests) still exude "What It Means To Be A Buckeye". Happy Thanksgiving, Coach, Schlegs, Bobby, and IAATT family! BEAT MICHIGAN! GO BUCKS!!!
The Look on Schlegel's face when Coach Tressel lays down so hard "You didn't prepare for this episode?"
Wrong. No where close to the Linebackers Miami had it be 80’s and 90’s.
I'm a bigger fan of Boobby Carpenter and Anthony Schelgel after watching this video.
IDK if they’re the best ever but they’re definitely my favorite.
Carpenter forgetting his roots.Go figure.
