Joyce Bwoy Buss
Jamaica
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 12 พ.ค. 2024
I’m just the grandson of Joyce, who loves to travel !!! I have gained so many experiences in life from farming to cooking, being a chef at all the different restaurants and hotels I’ve worked at, from scuba diving to underwater photography…mountain hiking and camping (which ever mountain or hill). I love trying new fruits and foods (from all over the world) , and also introducing them to others. This channel is largely about my adventures and my experiences in life. I’m also a Christian who wants to share the word of God with the world! I want to bring Jamaica to the world and the world to Jamaica and to make sure EVERYBODY BE IRIE.
Making Pineapple Skin Juice
After washing and peeling a fresh home grown pineapple. I cut the skin in small pieces and add to the blender with water. Also wash and cut ginger and add with pineapples, blend strain and sweeten. Cool with ice or refrigerated for a few hours then enjoy the refreshing taste of your home made pineapple juice without artificial flavouring or colouring.

The world stickiest fruit eaten by a Jamaican
มุมมอง 14914 วันที่ผ่านมา
Durian is considered the world’s stickiest fruit and because of this strong aroma, it is banned from most public spaces. The skin is hard and is covered with sharp spikes. Inside the fruit are pods which the flesh of the fruit covers the seeds. The seeds are the size of Jackfruit seeds. The taste is comparable to a mixture of creamed onion with blue cheese with a tip of honey. This also varies ...

Jamaican eating a different type of Jackfruit called Marang
มุมมอง 485หลายเดือนก่อน
This is a softer sweeter fruit compared to Jackfruit. The smell is not as strong and there is no latex to encounter. The fruit also looks a bit like a variety of breadfruit on the outside when it is green. Some of the marang variety are orange flesh and bigger seeds.

Filipino Woman shows her coconut milk making skills to Jamaican
มุมมอง 2422 หลายเดือนก่อน
To have fresh pressed coconut milk like this is truly amazing. You can feel the rich sweet and creamy taste of the sun ripen coconut milk cascading into deliciousness of pour satisfaction. Once you’ve had this treat of goodness, there is no return to the Greater, canned or powered form of milk. This was my first time using it as a nectar in it’s pour form, without additives. When it is placed i...

Hopefully you can bring marang to Jamaica. I know people from them in Costa Rica and Puerto Rico.
I would like if Marang gets to Jamaica but I really don’t understand what you’re saying about Costa Tica and Puerto Rico. The Marang I got was from the Philippines
@@JoyceBwoyBuss I meant there are people in Costa Rica and Puerto Rico are growing them and sell them in the markets.

You have two types of Sop fruit that I saw there, sweet sop and sour sop. Guyabano we call that sour sop.
Very nice my friend 🤍 Beautiful sharing 🌸🌸🌸
I have a few more to share. Stay tuned
Looks like a sweet potato. I have heard of the Mamee but I think looks like mango on the inside.
Wow! Sweet potato? Have you ever tasted it?
@@JoyceBwoyBuss I have tasted Mamee but I didn't like it. The texture is more like mango.
@@constancevassell181 not to me, it has more of a pudding texture. Mango is soft and juicy.
This is lovely!!!!
Well worth it. Man of worth. Hard work pays off. Need to see the ice carving now❤
Some day!😀
Never seen or heard of it. Can i get seeds to plant😊
Yes….
Can it make juice?
Yes, it is better for making juice but you would need to mix it with a fruit that is juicy or use water because mountain sop is not juicy
Ok@@JoyceBwoyBuss
He’s the best at what he does melon 🍉 and ice . Love it Kes.
Thank you!

Better than nice, sweet like sugar😬
I know it. Usually visit a tree during lunchtime at school. Juicy fruit
Nothing like it! I love to squeeze a bunch of them and get a big jug of juice
Is nelson as sweet as millie?
Sweeter! And more flavour
Watch your sugar level
I work it off😜
I usually work at a restaurant that used the shredder to grate coconut
But have you ever had the milk after all that shredding?
@@JoyceBwoyBuss No. It was used for cooking rice and peas
@@donnawilson8817 if you ever get another chance to drink the pour milk, you would never stop.
Careful with your belly😂
My belly is made out of led🤪
Thats not hog plum thats regular plum but its the big one. Hog plum is yellow
It depends on which side of the island you are. I noticed that so many fruits are called differently on different sides of the island
@@JoyceBwoyBuss ok
Would like to try that bro
One day Devon house might make it, you never know
Hog plum is okay not my favorite. Cotton fruit I would love to try. Is the cotton fruit an original fruit or is it GMO?
It is an original fruit, and the original name is really Santol, but as with other fruits, depending on the location, it will have a different name.
Lol! It looks good!
It was 100% sweet🤣🤣
A day in my office sends the normal person’s sugar levels to the roof😂 from ice creams to cakes and a lot more. Go see my Peeps over there at EVO, there is something homemade and sweet for you.
Yes they grow in Jamaica as well. But much smaller fruits many varieties.
I am really sorry but they are totally two different fruits. We have “coolie plum” and the taste is nothing like jujube. Jujube taste more like the American red apple but dry and very sweet.
