Hello, we only offer art prints as a product (canvas prints, metal prints, peel and stick, fine art paper prints). When it comes to our website, we don't host domains, rather, we're a print supplier for people with preestablished online stores who sell prints.

To map a product on Lumaprints means to assign the specifications of the product in our system. What we receive on our end is your product information, preview of the image and SKU if applicable. From there, you will need to choose product type, upload image and specify size. Once you do that for a product, it is now mapped, which means our system will remember the specifications of that product moving forward.

Hello! Great question! It varies on the style, however for most color pencil pieces, I have seen them work really well on hard press (lightly textured/smooth), cold press (textured/watercolor paper-like) and Somerset velvet (textured but softer to the touch). If you can see the texture of the paper in the art piece, then textured paper would compliment the image really well :) If the piece is drawn on a smoother surface, than I would also take our archival matte paper into consideration.

Hello, To have no mat, this requires an extra step where you resize the layer using the "transform" option in the edit tab. From there you would need to scale the smart option to fit to the edge of the frame. If you need further assistance, let me know and I can send you a video on how to do this :)

i agree, ive been watching a whole lot of videos and i still dont know how to add new products to my store from scratch

i have not found it simple.

I’m in the same boat. I’d love to use Lumaprint for my Shopify store, but I just cannot figure it out. I can’t even figure out how to make a product without making an order.

@@AngelaWalesArtist I went with The Print Space. It’s a little tricky but you can make all the size variations and them hit a button and they populate over to Etsy or Shopify or Squarespace

Agreed, really wish this was straight forward. This really should not be this complicated.

Hello! For clarity, once you choose the frame/size, go ahead and double-click the layer to be redirected to a new blank page in photoshop. There I suggest to drag and drop the image onto the blank page and adjust as needed. Of course, we always looking for ways to better serve our customers so thank you for the suggestion, it's well appreciated and I will be sure to pass along the note for easier processes for mockups.

Hello, thank you for your feedback, we're always open to suggestions for what kind of mock ups you would like to see. We opted for a neutral backdrop but as discussed in the video, you're also open to use other backdrops of your choice as well.

@@lumaprints What I think would be really nice is having it a little more simplistic to use - I don't have a problem using photoshop because I think it's easy... but I know there's a lot of people that just get confused on there. Have you all seen PlaceIt? They make it very simple to just drop things into a mock up and it's good to go. No Photoshop experience needed. Just my 2 cents. I only said something because it really does seem like you guys are trying to be better with youtube tutorials and such. I just think if you had something on the website with 10-12 mock ups where people could just place their design in there, download it, and then it's good to go, it would help your business.

Hello! To clarify, I think they mean that you’d have to map the first product variation once but then after that initial order - those settings will be saved and therefore automated :)

Put in the amount you're comfortable with and every time someone makes a purchase, we will automatically charge the wallet. You can add or withdraw your funds from this wallet at any time. Hello! Feel free to leave them as is! We convert the print files to 200 DPI for printing purposes and having a larger DPI shouldn't effect the print quality :)

Good question Rebecca! Generally, cold press (textured) and hot press (smooth) are both great options to recreate acrylic/canvas pieces as these are thicker paper types with a neutral white base. The neutral base mimics the base you see for canvas and the thicker paper is more compatible with those swatches of paint visible in acrylic pieces :)

If you're store is integrated with Lumaprints, then your products can sync into our backend seamlessly. Then you can process the product once and thereafter, the product will automatically save for future orders :)

Hi Daniel! You would need to create the listings in your store and then proceed to sync them onto Lumaprints. The reverse cannot be done where listings are made on Lumaprints and then pushed into your store. Let me know if you have additional questions!
