Control over speed any day. The accurate dog with more control puts more pressure on the rabbit at the end of the day.

I believe that if the right person is training the right stock he can develope a dog that can compete and win in multiple formats. Only thing is people got to stop throwing anything that will pass for a beagle on the ground. Bring something that you can be proud of!

Fourth generation beagle man and I been at it for 40 years and the hunt is what gets the job done! I like the speed you got for the terrain you're on. Make it thicker and steeper and they'll drop a gear. Gorgeous stock sir!

Personally, I don’t want speed. I like a slower dog. I’m a rabbit hunter not a trialer. I like seeing all types rabbit dogs though.

In my humble opinion slower dogs do a more efficient job of covering a field. Thanks for the video.

Thank you for making these videos. I'm planning to hunt with Beagles in the future and trying to learn as much as I can before I start. My Grandpa always had 6-8 Beagles but he passed away in 1977 when I was too young to have learned from him.
