As a tourism student, my experience as a leader has been quite enriching. I've had the opportunity to lead several group projects, where I coordinated tasks, ensured everyone stayed on track, and facilitated productive discussions. Where I organized events, managed meetings, and helped resolve conflicts among members. These roles taught me the importance of clear communication, empathy, and effective time management. Overall, being a leader has helped me grow both personally and academically.
