Hello Shiva Devotee, 1.I’m just a devotee of Shiva please don’t call me sir. 2.Pari muthu Vilas is very near to South Tower. But, main entrance is near to the East Tower. Also there is an another entrance near the West Tower. You can search thillai nataraja temple map on google to understand better. 3.I booked this Hotel through Make My Trip which is 3rd party app. So, In case of priority for 1st floor you need to call them directly. 4.I think there is no washroom facility in temple complex.Personally,I did not notice and also I have searched in google and answer is NO.
