Healing is incredibly hard! Because it’s not linear... it’s weird, you think you’ve dealt with something then bam! it’s there in your face..and you have to re-process it ... slowly does it though, give yourself time. And yes- the demons can become crutches... really difficult inner work is needed to first of all acknowledge them- that is a very large part of the unlearning... I’m so excited for the new post, I’ll be looking out for it!! Xoxo 😘
