A way to hype us fans up ride the controversy to make us question and want to see it right away i couod be wrong but till then i think its very possible woody may not be in this movie or not much

i actually really liked it. i think this movie was to sit back and relax and have fun and turn off your brain! it was cute and it's for kids but i do get some of your points.

I thought it was really bad, there wasn’t much going on and they did so little compared to how Long the movie was.

I really disliked it. Bridgette holding such a serious grudge against Ella was unnecessary. Like, it were Uliana and her gang who pranked Bridgette; so if her attitude was towards Uma at the very least; it would have made sense. This is what should have happened: Charming should have set aside his princely attitude and been genuine with Ella. His vulnerability should have touched her, which would have led her to go to the prom with him. Although this would have left Bridgette in the dark, she still supported Ella’s choice despite being incredibly hurt. She really thought it was going to be her and Ella against the world. Though she didn't let this 'betrayal' get the best of her. The VKs should have enchanted Bridgette’s shoes (instead of the whole turn her into a troll thing), causing her to dance wildly and do ridiculous things, embarrassing herself by jumping into the food table, getting covered in punch and snacks. To the point where even Ella and Charming laughed. Bridgette would then yell at Ella, asking if she really found it funny, to which Ella would respond that it was just a prank. Ultimately, the whole school would have laughed at Bridgette’s antics, causing her to run out of the ballroom. Ella wanted to go after her, but she was finally among the cool kids since they hung out with Charming. *That's what I call a motive for Bridgette...*

I loved this film too! It embodied the ´´magic of disney´´ for me that I haven't felt in a while. I loved how the story made me feel like it was about the animators and disneyland itself in how the movie ends! I loved it so much, even though I still have a few negative opinions about a couple things, I still loved the theme, characters, and most importantly, all of the references to disney's history! As in some of the movies they have made; but I love how it doesn't ´´reimagine´´ those characters, just referenced them, and in a way with the theme of ´´making your own wish come true;´´ like how the queen at the end puts a peter pan and wendy feeling-look-a-like together and says that she can help them with their wish if they need her to and not them just having their wishes granted. That scene really made me feel like it was the people at disney, who made those films, wishes' coming true, or something along those lines, and I loved that so much. I also love that it's not a retelling of these fairytales but rather just a fun anniversary film. I don't like forming opinions about a movie before I watch it by listening to others and taking their (valid) opinions to heart and as my own... and I'm at least glad that I didn't with this movie. Because I felt like I understand more of what they were going for and how it honored disney's 100 year anniverssary and history. Even though it may not be about or like what others thought it would be, for their own reasons they feel the way they do about it. I have noticed that movies starting around when Frozen came out that disney has been moving more towards less/no romance and/or not princess based stories and it has left a lot of us older fans wanting for the older concepts that they had before, movies that fans fell in love with disney films for. I feel like it's a slow transition into a new generation for the company and how they go about making more ´´modern´´ movies for new fans and in a new generation, etc. but I do feel like they should at least make a movie here or there more like older films before moving into this new era entirely... if that makes sense... I guess I still want that first concept of Wish to come out but I'd much rather it be as it's own stand alone film. Sorry for the rant, I've been holding this in for too long haha

I love Disney's Wish 🌟 too! I saw it in theaters Last month and it was a charming love letter 💌 for Disney fans! And once upon a Studio is great too. ( Same here, They should have Stuck with the original plan and Put it in front of Disney's Wish. 🌟)

I think Asha could become both a fairy godmother and future Queen for Rosas. Seeing how Amaya becomes the sole leader of Rosas in the end and she has no children, I thinks she would trust Asha to be the future Queen.

Finally, another TH-camr who loves Wish. I've noticed too many toxic hate videos towards Wish, most of them just seem like lazy clickbait in this time of hatred for Disney. I'm happy you enjoyed Wish, I loved it too, I've seen it 8 times so far. It's a wonderful homage to everything that is Disney Animation. In a way, it's everything most have wanted from Disney for a while. A good hero vs villain narrative which features the selfless Asha and the well established villain, King Magnifico (my favorite character). The film has beautiful painterly computer animation which shows its true brilliance on a big theater screen, proving that it's better to see these films in theaters. Not to mention, the backgrounds partly pay homage to the art of Eyvind Earle (production designer of Sleeping Beauty). Add that with diverse supporting characters, a great voice cast, brilliantly structured musical numbers, and a realistic twist on the fantasy message, Wish is something that must be seen to be believed.

Everything you wish that people take from this movie, is what King Magnifico was trying to do, but removing the wishes that could harm people. He didn't want this kingdom razed to the ground.

To be honest my problem isn't exactly with the film, it's what the film is supposed to represent that made me dislike.

I honestly think the main reason the film got the reputation it has is because this was supposed to be their 100 year anniversary movie. People were really excited to see this film be the culmination of a century of artists, animators, writers, and musicians putting their love and work into these movies. And then wish was just... good. It certainly wasn't bad. The animation was polished, the designs were appealing, the story was a little weak but it had it's moments, and most of the songs were pretty decent. But people were expecting this to be something more, so a lot of them (including me) left the theater just kinda disappointed. There was plenty to like, but it was overshadowed by the wasted potential of what could've been. That being said, I'm really glad that some people had a good time with it! Even if it was disappointing to me, Wish still took hundreds and hundreds of hours of labour from so many skilled people to complete (and as we all know, animators don't get paid shit for their work). It would've been a real shame if no one was able to find enjoyment from it.
