hahaha yup- that’s me!

to be honest with you- i only ever get the ones from Walmart. they only carry one brand. it’s in the camping section. Not sure the name off the top of my head- sorry. they are $9/each. every other brand i’ve seen, is more like $12-15/each. so i get the walmart ones because of cost.

mostly just have to find shelter inside. i work at libraries a lot for the WIFI. if it’s raining in the evening and i’m hungry- i mostly go to restaurants to eat. so far, i haven’t had any bad thunderstorms while sleeping though.

oh- good question- i just use the key fob button that closes it.

@@EscapingNormalLife Good for you. At 66 yrs old I need a little more room than my pickup affords. Over my life I have gone from tents to popups to portable motels (bigger rv's) to a truck tent and now to my squaredrop. I try to be as minimalistic as I can but still need some comforts. @ thank you! I looked inside my car. I have the full handles in the front but just the “hooks” in the back. It’s a Chevy spark so every inch is priceless!

I know- great question. ummm.... it was really just a culmination of lots of things. not exercising regularly, was REALLY getting tired of the cold, holidays approaching and not being able to see family, work REALLY had me down at that moment of time (didn't make a lot of money), difference of opinion on politics with friends/family- just a whole lot. it was a brief moment. lasted about a week. funny enough- I did go through the same thing the first time I traveled for a year. when I was about 5 months in- I went through maybe 3 or 4 days of not feeling very well (mentally). mostly it was weather at the time, loneliness, not exercising a lot again. I didn't really talk about it at the time- but now a days, I'm trying to be more authentic and show the ups and downs of full time travel. thanks for watching, supporting and commenting!

@@emilymorataya5369 oh, haha. VERY famous actress who played an iconic role in a Stephen King Movie called "Misery". She goes BONKERS crazy on her idol. it came out in 1990, but totally still holds up today. good flick if you like a tad bit of horror mixed with drama/thriller

oh, good question, but no. the only condensation i get is on the windows and window frame. that’s it though. once i get up and open up the car doors, it goes away pretty quickly

oh yeah yeah, i really concentrated on having a good sleeping pad/mattress. i shopped all around and looked so sooo many different options. i really do find the Deep Sleep to be a very very comfortable bed. i would highly recommend it if you’re wanting coming more on the “glamping” side. for a tent- i still use a small single mattress pad by Nemo. it’s nice, but not for every single night

haha i was quite proud of my lil shower cap hack. it helps so much with keeping dirt outta the car. the bed is very comfortable. as comfortable as it gets to sleep in your car every night. lol. thanks for watching!
