STARLESS NIGHTS VARIATION : Improvised Piano

A Piano Improvisation, short one this time. Maybe found a nice melody in it that I can use later in a fully composed piece.

When I improvise a song, well.....I LA LA....as my choices of words are important if put into a song, the concentration required to improvise on piano and sing a new song happens 'sometimes' depending on my spirit at the moment. But this time, NO. Just LA LA for a melody with piano. Sorry about that. When a full song comes to heart in improvisation I hope I will be able to film it for you. Til ...

This is pure improvisation and often how I compose larger orchestral works from the music I create spontaneously. After I performed this quite simple improvisation on piano, I went into my Orchestral Libraries and composed a string arrangement to the piano solo. I hope you enjoy my music. This one is not for those looking for pop or jazz music. It is what I deem Academic Modernism.
