How To Push Start a 125cc Shifter Kart
How to push start a CR125 shifter kart with one person.
Have engine out of gear and begin pushing kart to a fair speed. Hop into kart and bump engine into 1st gear, give some throttle and off you go.
Works best if engine has already been primed with fuel - turn engine over on stand with spark plug removed until the carb float bowl is full of fuel.

In what gear?
For self starting - push the kart while in neutral then bump into first gear.
Also remember to prime the carburetor in advance.
what gear ratio did you run at this track?
Blackhawk gearing for TM KZ for me was best at 19-21 though I did use 18-21 on occasion here.
What series are you racing in?

a 2001 srx smokes this easily
not a chance I owned a 50th Anniversary 900 Fusion and it was clutched and piped and a friend spent allot of money on his 07 viper 7 .. reeds valves clutch puppies clutch and of the line up to the first 1000 feet he couldn't touch me but I will say way up in the top he would begin to gain a lot of ground but we are talking way up.

It's not perfect. It's pretty bumpy for karts but other than that it's not that bad. One of the more fun track in the series.
I'm sure it's a little bumpy by now. I raced there back in the 80's in 100cc controlled enduro. Its time for a repave from what I can tell.
About right, 0-60 my Phazer usually beats most 600cc class sleds, past 60mph they catchup pretty quick (mine tops out at only 80-82mph GPS on hardpack). Fun sleds and surprisingly quick 0-60 for an 80hp sled.
I have one of those phazers. they have amazing bottom end for a 500. youd be surprised. i beat my neigbors 900 in a drag 0-60mph

Hahahahahahahaha your funny v-max hahahahaha yea I had a v-max key word "had" I had a v-max 600 and couldn't get it over 70 and plus couldn't tow a sled with it

I had a 97 vmax and would hit 100mph on a packed trail.
I bet the 700 was spinning the track. There's no way the 85 HP phazer 4 stroke will beat a xc 700 with around 115 HP. I would be willing to bet that my xlt 580 would beat a phazer.
Something is not right here. The 700 should smoke the phazer no probs. The 700 has at least 35 hp on the Yamaha....
That’s what I thought but the gearing on phazer is much lower. The 700 left it in the dust as soon as the phazer was getting up there in revs.

make sure you guys check fuel pressure regulater in the tank..ethanol ate the glue on mine,my buddies,and a few more at the shop...it will cause them to lose fuel pressure and lean out and blow up..will through a temp light when wide open throttle
That is insane starting the 250's from a LeMans start. Love those enduros out there destined to get lapped within 3 laps. The guy in the twin has way too much for the 250 singles. Thanks for posting.
