The Albanese Government's Failure
มุมมอง 821 วันที่ผ่านมา
Before the last election, the then opposition leader now Prime Minister Albanese promised Australians that life would be easier, cheaper and better under him. What I’m hearing from my constituency is that this Prime Minister has failed them dismally. He has failed them on almost every promise that he put forward to the nation, but the biggest one that my constituents live with every day is abou...
Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide
มุมมอง 321 วันที่ผ่านมา
As a nation, we are rightly proud of how our Defence Force personnel and veterans have served our nation, keeping us safe and securing our freedom. Honouring current and former members of our Defence Force is part of Australia’s identity, but, tragically, Australia hasn’t supported our veterans in their time of need nearly as much as we’ve commemorated their sacrifice.
Queensland Roads
มุมมอง 321 วันที่ผ่านมา
Motorists on the Bruce Highway know what it’s like to dodge potholes or to have their bones rattled and tyres burst as they hit big obstructions on a defective road. You recall the flash of panic on a narrow, undivided section when the driver coming towards you loses concentration and drifts into your lane, praying that they come to their senses before it’s too late, and also the anxiety that c...
Future Made In Australia Bill - Second Reading Speech
มุมมอง 721 วันที่ผ่านมา
I rise to speak on this bill, and to speak in opposition of this bill and the policy in general. It does come with a fantastic name-I’ll give it that. You’d fall in love with the name very easily-the Future Made in Australia Bill-and I think that’s what the Labor Party marketing people had in mind when they concocted it, but it’s unfortunate that it doesn’t actually correlate with the content o...
Health Care: Maternity Services

Giving birth at home may not be the choice of all women, but for those who choose to, we must preserve this accessibility and support midwives who provide this valuable service.
Energy Policy

Australia’s energy policy needs to be based on facts, not fear campaigns, and it needs to serve Australian families, businesses, manufacturing and industry.

No one wants it.
No accountability for anyone. Look theres know one there! There never is with things of dire importance. A dead give away that they have been instructed, payed , promised , threatened. Remember the great reset we are now living. Where has hope gone? Thanks for standing up against the treasonous double payed bastards...Sorry and Bitches.
MaD bill is totally mad. Thank you senator
Yes, good analogy. Its a modern day digital book burning.
Should be a minimum 2 lane freeway from Melbourne all the way to Cairns
Go for it llew it was needed 60 years ago maybe s new government in Canberra will see the urgent need for a hood toad sll the way to Cairns
How about fighting Canberra for a greater share of the MAMMOTH funding that New South Wales and Victoria get for their EXCEPTIONAL roads for a complete 4 Lane upgrade and flood mitigation of the ENTIRE LENGTH of the Bruce Highway. I've just gotten back from a trip to Vic and the roads in New South Wales and Victoria are crazy good. This is because, year upon year, the lion's share of the Federal Roads Initiative money goes to these two State, leaving Queensland roads in deadly condition. The sad fact is that SO MANY "SnowBirds" from NSW and Vic travel North during their winter and travel these roads, not even using their amazing state infrastructure for 6-98 months of the year. When do we have another truck bomb go off like has just happened near Bororen? How many lives are too many? If Queensland isn't going to act, maybe it's time that the Federal Government gave us a greater, some would say, even a fair share of the Federal road budget. Please reach out in Canberra before complaining about what Queensland needs to do. They can only do so much with the allocated funds from the greedy pigs in those southern states.
Another MP trying to stifle progress in QLD for their own self promotional purposes. At what point will MPs start aligning on some of these initiatives, forget about re-election and their own earnings and positions of power and actually start thinking about their electorate and the people in it.
