Ok, let's be clear: I absolutely love this song, but it WAS NOT used for any opening or ending of this anime series, ok? It's silly to imply that with the video title just because the author of the video thinks it fits. Be honest and say that out front. And btw, I don't think it fits, even though I like the series. You can like two things and still admit they don't go well together. There are other anime series more fitting. Sakura Card Captor has the vibe of this song in terms of melody, for instance. Even though I wouldn't do this because the lyrics in Stay with me are a bit grown up for that anime. Oh, Rurouni Kenshin would be a perfect fit for Stay with me!!! You see? You just gotta find the right anime. Cowboy Beebop ain't it. Cowboy Beebop is more fast paced, snarky and noir. Rurouni Kenshin can be fast paced, but also kinda of romantic and joyful, which makes this song fit. And no, not every 80's, 90's and 2000's anime series is a good fit for this song. I can mention a gigantic list of animes that wouldn't be a good fit for this song.

Assisti Cowboy Bebop a uns anos fiquei encantado em sua animação, trilha sonora, história, personagens, desenvolvimento etc... Mas não tive coragem de entrar na arco final do anime, logo após os personagens se separarem me deu uma sensação de remorso tão grande de pensar que estaria acabando que me assustou a ponto de tal Sinceramente, atualmente, ainda não me arrependo por desviar deste male.
